About Me:
Hi, My name is Rikard. I am a great entertainer and my hospitality to my clients and visitors has nothing to bear. So, I'd like to welcome and entertain people, showing our history, our culture and tradition to all guests from all over the world. And by special request, I am willing to spend my time as a personal tour guide as well. My background is an artist and connoisseur, therefore I'd like to introduce my services in cultural events and traditional events here in Hungary. My good friend, Vicky will also be here to help, should you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. We speak English, German, Spanish and a little Portuguese.
About the accommodation:
Large room with en-suite bathroom and toilet is to rent in the centre of Budapest, right next to Oktogon. It is located in a quiet residential area. Features air-conditioning, fridge, kettle and a shared kitchen with all utilities.

About the Area
The apartment is located at the most popular area of the city center right next to Andrássy avenue (the main and most beautiful broadway in Budapest), Király street (the street of bars and restaurants), Oktogon (Budapest central square) and the lively Liszt Ferenc square (full of trendy bars and restaurants also). Have a look at the map and you will see that the location cannot get any better whatever your preferences are. Many bars and ruin pubs can be found in the area as well as exclusive restaurants. Our building is in walking distance from the Western railway station and Westend City Shopping Centre, House of Terror Museum, Erzsébet-, Deák- and Hero's square, Széchenyi bath and other highlights of the city as well as the Danube. In the area you can find: the huge shopping center: WestEnd, Spar supermarket, smaller food and veg shops, DM (for toiletries and household items), teahouses, cafes, banks, currency exchange offices, McDonalds, Burger King, gym so whatever you need, really.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
