Margit-sziget daisy island “Lung” of Budapest with its fabulous Japanese garden, 8 minutes from the apartment by tram 4 and 6. This district, called “Városliget” in Hungarian, will undoubtedly be the greenest tour of all your visits to Budapest. As for the literal translation of the word Városliget, it means the city garden. Make no mistake about it, the Bois-de-Ville is not actually just a park, but it is a real district. You will find a huge park there, the magnificent Place des Héros with its museums, an ice rink which is turns into a lake in the spring, a castle FROM VAJDAHUNYAD , the Budapest Zoo, the Budapest Circus, and the most visited thermal bath in the capitalSzéchenyi Thermal Bath. Plan this outing in the middle of your stay, when you want to play the city tourist but also to stay zen.7 minutes away with the oldest metro in Europe M1duplex modern 28 m2 studio with 4,50 m height in the heart of Budapest in oktogon. situated between Andrassy the most famous and fancy street in Hungary and kiraly the street name is szofia utca . nyugati train station is 15 minut walking or 5 minute with tram 4 or 6 in an old nice quiet building. The duplex has in the first floor the night zone where you can find a real bed tv satellite and huge wardrobe and another half room for storage .in the ground floor full furnished kitchen with oven and microwave air condition wash machine internet and leaving area with sofa . You have nice terrace outside the flat facing courtyard where you can have your breakfast or dinner. the tram 4 and 6 is at 3 minute walking and metro M1 oktogone is 5 minute bus 70 / 78 / 105 / 979 . Just nearby 1 minute walk there is hunyadi market build 1896 where you can find fresh fruit and vegetables directly from the farm sold by farmers juts in the front of the market there is very nice parc hunyadi where you can find everything for great relax for you your family and your friends

I live in the flat but the room has its own small kitchen, bathroom and entrance and it is independent from the rest of the apartment.

About the Area
in the heart of the city center i minute from the most famous and fancy street of hungary Andrássy Avenue with the Millenium Underground Railway have joined UNESCO World Heritage List in the year 2002.
The avenue, named after former Prime Minister of Hungary Gyula Andrássy, is two and a half kilometers long and has three distinct parts. Its downtown section, a 1-kilometre part streching from Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Avenue all the way to the eight-sided Oktogon square, is lined with rows tall residential apartment houses and expensive shops in the housefronts. In its midsection, from Oktogon to Kodály Körönd, two tree-lined esplanades run parallel to the pavement, which used to be paved with wooden cubes for the sake of the nobility on horseback (today this part is a bicycle path and a walkway). The third part, between Kodály Körönd and Heroes' Square, the houses are farther away from the road, which widens at this point, and gives space to the magnificent mansions and villas, which, with their luxurious tranquil atmosphere, give the impression of a wealthy country town.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
