Our house is a heritage home of 120 years old which was built by our great grandfather .It is situated in the center of the town but in a silent atmosphere.Now it is renovated and maintained by us. Our family consist of four members, my father is a gazetted officer who is working in Kolkata, my sister is studying in CMC,Vellore , my mother, a science graduate who helps in my business and I am a graduate student of Commerce with Tourism and Travel Management. We have two types of bedrooms two A/C and two Non A/C. We have a vast outdoor and living and lounge in which guest can relax. My mother likes cooking and stitching and my father is a weightlifting champion and my interest is in sports. We can speak in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Bengali.

House Rules
We are ready to serve our guests in all manner that they should feel as a home away from home. We provide continental type of meal plan.
Guests can use kitchen with extra payment .Food other than breakfast with prior request.
1.Please do not disturb other guests .
2.We are not responsible for any issues which are taking place outside our premises by you (civil or criminal).
3.Outsiders are not allowed in our premises . For special cases with prior permission only.
4.In case of any damages and scratches to the property belongs to MOM&POP,it will be recovered from the responsible guests.
5.We are not responsible for any valuable items and personal belongings.
6.Keep room clean, use dustbin.
7.Guests are requested to enter our premises before 10.30p.m.If any change is there then they should inform us.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
