Our place is a Portuguese era villa with a beautiful river side facing scenery, surrounded with a variety of trees brings you one step closer to nature. Located in Bambolim and is just at a 10 minute drive from Panjim, Dona Paula, Bambolim beach and Siridao beach.
We make sure that when you stay at our place you are treated as family and we do make sure you get a new kind of experience which is more caring.
We'll be staying beside this property so you are in safe hands and we are there for your assistance 24x7 so if you need anything we are just a step away.

About the Area
This space provides an easy access to both North and South Goa, so if you are tired with the typical stereotype tourist destinations like Baga, Calangute and if you want something silent, calm, rejuvenating and beautiful visit this place and you will get a taste of the real Goa,i bet you won't regret it.
This place is connected by the Kadamba buses i.e the local public transport of goa, so if you leave from Panjim,Margao or Mapusa Kadamba bus depot, just get down at Kazu kode (Bambolim) bus stop and from there it's a 10 min walk.

It was a nice welcoming home stay. Cosy, cool and relaxing for a breath of fresh air far from All pollution and crowd. We had kids with us who liked it around the place with all green around, away from the city buzz. The interiors were well maintained and all basic amenities were available for us. Unfortunately we just stayed for a day. Would definitely love to visit again.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
