About the Area
Our home is situated at a very convenient location .... the bus stops and metro station is just a few minutes walk away and some of the best hang outs are a few steps away!! We are only a 3-4kms away from the city centre and also from the IT hub. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and the freshness of the trees and plants around the home makes it ideal for blissful relaxation!

Would expect our guests to treat this nest as their home and maintain cleanliness in the rooms.
If food is ordered from out, we would appreciate if you came over to the dining area to have it rather than messing up the rooms. We will be happy to help you with the crockery and cutlery for the same.
If you are a smoker, kindly step out of the room to the garden or terrace area for a smoke. Do not smoke in the rooms.
We would be happy if you kept us informed about your days plans, so we know when to expect you back home.
Please do not litter the rooms or the garden area.
Kindly switch off all lights, fan and geyser when you are leaving the room.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
