The space
The penthouse suite is in a luxury independent house on Thirumalai Pillai Road. It has an attached bath. The room itself is newly constructed, so are all the amenities. The entire property (outdoors) is under CCTV surveillance.
The room is equipped with its own hi-speed internet connection, a 40" LCD TV w/ Roku Box & Tata Sky and a mini bar (private refrigerator loaded with snacks and drinks - which is noted during check-in and charged on check-out).
A full-fledged kitchen is on the ground floor in our out-house and has a Stove/ LPG, Decent sized Fridge, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Sandwich Maker.
The small-mini gym mentioned here is outdoor in the terrace and has an

- push/pull up bar fixed to the roof
- 20 kg of PVC weight (2 kg x 4 = 8kg + 3 kg x 4 = 12 kg)
- 1 x 5 feet plain rod + 1 x 3 feet curl rod + 2 x 14 inch dumbbell rods
- 1 skipping rope
- 1 hand gripper + Leather Gloves + 4 locks and clippers comes with the rods.

Don’t want/ know to cook? No worries. We provide meal-service for our weekly/ monthly guests at a great weekly/ monthly rate. Treat yourself to the best of Chettinad, Andhra and Indian-Chinese cuisine during your stay.
There will be a house-help on duty at all times and will be available to do chores like washing, dry cleaning, car cleaning, grocery shopping etc. at an extra fee.
Our house-helps will make your check-in very seamless. They will greet you at the gate and take you to the room. It’s an instant process. Guaranteed.
You need something my house-helps can't help you with (they are Superman and superwoman and can do more than I can generally), Me or my mom are just a call away.
Breakfast timing: 8am-10am - Tiffin includes: Idli, Pongal, Vada, Masala/Podi/ Regular Dosa, Sweet + Coffee/ Tea. (Items keep changing based on availability). Rs. 200 per person per day.

About the Area
Naveen’s home is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
The neighborhood is the safest neighborhoods in Chennai. Patrolled 24/7 as it is one of the most important areas of Chennai (both commercially and residentially).
Thyagaraya Nagar, known locally as T. Nagar, is a bustling shopping district with stores and street vendors selling colorful saris, gold jewelry and produce at budget prices, especially along Ranganathan Street. The area’s side streets are dotted with casual eateries and food stalls offering traditional South Indian meals. Close by, elegant art deco bungalows line G.N. Chetty Road.
We are also centrally located to the most-happening Nungambakkam party scene, All Major Consulates including US, UK etc. Hospitals including Apollo, Bharatiraaja, Sankara etc., All category restaurants from Fast food to 5-star.
Our house is located on the main arterial road that borders T.Nagar and Nungambakkam.
The famous home of political icon Hon. Kamaraj is just 5 houses away. This is a must-visit place for tourists.
Valluvar Kottam is 3 minutes away by car or public transport or a 6-minute walk. Another must-visit place!
US Consulate BioMetric facility is also a 5-6 minute walk or 3 minutes by car or public transport.
US Consulate is 8 minutes by car, 12 minutes by bus and 15-20 minutes walk.
The Chennai International Tennis Stadium is 5 minutes by car, 9 minutes by bus, 10-15 minutes by walk.
Our road is home to various restaurants, coffee shops, dessert parlors, salons, department store. All within 1-2 minutes distance.
Pondy Bazaar (Shopping area) is 5 minutes by car, 8 minutes by public transport or 12 minutes walk.
Panagal Park/ Ranganathan Street (Clothing, Jewelry shopping) is 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by public transport or 15 minutes walk.
Apollo hospital, Greams Road is 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by public transport.
Newly opened AG-DMS Metro Station is 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by walk. Metro Station is available from Airport.
Sathyam Cinemas and Escape (Express Avenue) is 6-8 minutes away (with regular traffic by car, 15-20 minutes by public transport.
World famous Marina beach is 15 minutes by car in moderate traffic.
Vijaya Forum Mall (Palazzo) is 15-20 minutes by Car in peak traffic. Walking is not recommended.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
