All rooms have 32" LED TV with DTH, FREE WIFI ACCESS, Air Conditioning, Attached Bath/WC, Running Hot/Cold Water, CCTV in Common Areas, FREE Parking, etc.
We are located in the most Posh, Beautiful, Naturally Cool area of Dehradun, at a considerably high altitude than Dehradun City Centre, and as such much cooler than the rest of the city (as much as 3-4 degree Celsius in Summers).
Our Homestay is Unique in many Aspects. It is located in between Two of the most popular Destinations of Dehradun, viz. Sakya Centre Buddhist Monastery on the South Side and Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Temple on its North.
Sakya Center is the Headquarter of Sakyapa Tradition of Tibetan Buddhism and the seat of Rev. Sakya Trizin. Dolma Phodrong the residence of the Hon'ble Sakya Trizin is at a walking distance of 2 Minutes.
The Location is also home to several prominent Ashrams within a walking distance such as Swami Ram Tirth Ashram, Maa Anandmayee Ashram, Ram Krishan Mission, Shiv Balayogi Ashram, Shri Aurbindo Ashram and so on
Several famous Cafes and Restaurants are at a distance of a pleasant walk on the most beautiful roads of the City. Clear Skies with abundance of Crisp Fresh Air and Chirping of Birds can be enjoyed during your stay at our place.
All the Four Guest Rooms are conveniently located on the Ground Floor, and as such easily accessible for the Children and aged guests. We ourselves reside on the First Floor. Pure Vegetarian Home Cooked Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, cooked in Pure Desi Ghee, are available on request and advance intimation @ additional charges.

* We are a Non-Smoking & Vegetarian Family. In the interest of Health of Infants/Small Kids and elders in the Home, PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE BUILDING. Kindly smoke outside in the Open, provided no one near you has objection.
* NO DRINKING/SMOKING/DRUGS - Strictly Prohibited.
* No Pets are allowed
* This is a Home Stay & not a Hotel/Restaurant. Self Service & Politeness is expected from Guests. Unmarried Couples are not permitted.
* Guests should meet their visitors only in the Lobby/Common Areas.
* Kindly maintain Sanctity and Divinity of this Area, revered and respected by Lakhs of Devotees of the City as well as Domestic and International Tourists.
* Kindly keep volume of TV/Conversation to low levels and maintain decorum so that it does not cause inconvenience to other Guests/Hosts.
* Kindly Conserve Water and Electricity. Both are precious.
* The Main Entrance gets locked at 10.30 PM. Late Night Check-Ins are not encouraged. Kindly avoid late night outings.
* Please use Paper Napkins to clean your Hands. Do not Soil Towels/Bed-sheets/Covers.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
