Your day at Horizon Homestay starts with listening to the sweet and melodic chirps of a dozen different birds and by viewing an exquisite and enthralling soul filling sunrise from amidst the mountains. Doing a morning yoga on the terrace of Horizon Homestay which is surrounded by the intimate blessings of nature, just makes the entire day blissful.
Well, then comes our morning tea and the yummiest finger licking homemade breakfast. Having it gives you an energy to conquer your day and live to the fullest.
What next..!! Well, you can just relax at our terrace gazing at the magnificent mountains or put on your shoes to explore the charismatic Doon valley.. To add to the joy of a true traveler- we are extremely close to a lot of attractive escapades and fun places to see in Dehradun such as Robbers Cave (4km), Sahasthradhara (5km) etc.. Moreover we are at a tea break distance from Mussoorie (45mins drive). So, you can travel all day very comfortably to rejoice and rejuvenate in the charismatic doon valley..
The evenings at Horizon Homestay at the harmony cafe is a true harmony of music, nature and the most beautiful God gift to everyone- life. The mouthwatering home made dinner at Horizon Homestay is made from the spices of love, grains of affection and lots of garnishes of care.. you have it once and you will have it again.
Laslty- there wouldn't be any place where you would experience a better sleep then here amidst the rejuvenating breeze from the hills around. We will make you sleep like a baby..

A brief about our facilities- we have all facilities of a 3 star plus hotel.. all rooms have Air Condotion except the terrace glassroom. All rooms have ensuite washrooms with 24hrs hot and cold water, Kent RO drinking water provided, sufficient balnkets/quilts/sheets as per the weather, more than sufficient cupboards and wardrobes, daily housekeeping, digital TV connections, free wifi, a mini library, board games, and truly attractive ambiance.
Our prices are the most budgeted in the entire valley..
Notes-
1) We are on the way to Gangotri/Yamunotri/Badrinath/kedarnath.
So anyone traveling from all over india for yatra to any of these places, we are at the most strategic and beautiful location for a stop over..
2) We arrange for get together, group bookings, functions like marriage engagements etc, parties.
3) We have an extremely beautiful scenic view for professional photo-shoots. We have had photo-shoots earlier at out place..

About the Area
The aura of this place is an addiction. You can have your morning tea while watching the panormic sunrise from our terrace and have the most energizing morning walk amidst the refreshing pleasant breeze from the surrounding hills.
To enjoy a fun and frolic picnic amidst the famous fresh water falls and lakes of Doon such as Sahsthradhara and Robbers Cave, you just have to do a 15mins drive alongside the scenic beauty of hills. You can enjoy the religious tourism of Doon by a 2mins walk to the famous Sai Temple and the Buddhist Monastery. The mesmerizing Shikhar falls is 3 km and the alluring Dehradun zoo is 2.5km. By staying here, you are just 45mins away from the queen of hills- Mussoorie. A bypass to Haridwar and Rishikesh is 100mtrs from our house which makes you evade the entire city traffic and shortens the distance of Haridwar/Rishikesh to just 60mins.
After having traveled the above attractions, if you are a night out lover as well you can visit nearby pacific mall at 2mins drive to watch a movie.
Travelling is extremely easy and comfortable. You can ply the public transport passing by at freq of 2-3mins form our house or hire an ola for local as well outstation travel or rent a scooty/bike and have all the fun.. We also provide with taxi services..
The connectivity to our Homestay- railway station- 25mins drive, ISBT- 35mins drive, one VOLVO bus to delhi passes by our house every night.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
