We live in Saket which is now in the heart of South Delhi, Qutab Minar is only about 3 km from our place, connectivity with whole of Delhi is via Metro. Best malls are within 10 minutes walking distance including the best hospitals.
There is a large kitchen on the first floor, Indian or continental breakfast is served from our kitchen. All rooms are with attached toilets equipped with Hot water Gyser. We havea elevator / Lift installed to facilitate persons with special need stay in our premises.
My husband has been Captain with Maersk Tankers, Stena lines, Scorpio tankers and now takes care of the guests most of the time after taking retirement from Sea career. He served for 35 years at Sea.
We have our own Salon and Cafe on the Ground floor and guests can enjoy wifi and internet there with exclusive snacks and sandwiches.
Shopping Malls, Parks, Multiplexes, Restaurants, Bars and Market are very close and one can just walk without being haseled by beggers.
Our premises is monitored by CCTV and all who come and go into and from the premises are recorded and monitored. No one is permitted inside without verifying the identity of the person.
We are open to suggestions and can accommodate the requirements of the guests with regards to cusine, cleaning requirements etc.

About the Area
Our house is located about 17 Km east of Indira Gandhi International aiport in Saket just opposite the Saket J Block main Market. on the J Block road. Chandni Chowk, Cannaught Palace, are about 12 km and fall on the Yellow metro line which runs north to south Delhi passing through Saket and Malviya nagar stations which are 1.5km from our premises.
One of the best malls are located in Saket which have various food courts, Multiplexes, bars, Hard Rock Cafe, and hundreds of shops for shopping. "Delhi Haat" is another popular destination for tourists to shop for Indian handicrafts directly sold by craftsmen and falls on Yellow metro line.
There are parks very close for morning and evening walks and to peacefully sit and enjoy the beauty of the chirping of birds in the morning and evenings, it is not a Zoo but one does find some friendly monkey's too at times in the park which are best to maintain distance from.
Taxi / Cabs can be arranged to suit your days plan and comfort. There is a wide variety of vehicles for selection.

House Rules
Security is of prime importance so please keep the main entrance closed and locked when entering or leaving the premises.
Water- We request all our guests to be extra careful and not to waste water at all. We believe in "SAVE WATER SAVE EARTH"
As a distinguised guest it is obligatory not to disturb the other guests after 2200 hours ( 10 PM) and to keep the noise levels low to a minimum.
Saving Electricity by switching off the lights, fan, or other equipment is expected and we request you to treat this as your home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
