This is a 03 bedroom apartment offered as a complete unit, situated on the ground floor of our bungalow which is located in a posh locality; Nagally Hills Colony, Dona Paula. It is equipped with all modern amenities, cooking facilities/utensils, parking space, privacy, a lawn and more. Guests have the advantage of a central location i.e. between South & North Goa & near the Capital city Panaji, Miramar Beach, Dona Paula Jetty etc. My wife Carol and myself live on the first floor with our Cocker Spaniel TJ. Should you not like dogs, our TJ will not interfere or enter the rented area.

About the Area
Our place is located in a quite upscale residential area, close to the Goa International Center, the Cidade de Goa Hotel, Grand Hyatt, the Dona Paula jetty, Manipal Hospital and many restaurants and home delivery eateries. The bus stop is a 7 minutes walk from the house. The airport is approx 35 kms which is a 45 minute drive, whereas the nearest train station is Karmali (Old Goa) - 20 kms.
The Capital city Panjim/Panaji is 8 kms away.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Families preferred. Take care of the property, furniture, fittings, equipment etc as you would treat your own place since it's built to be a home and not for commercial reasons. Hence all the furniture and equipment are of the best quality.
The place will be handed to you cleaned and neat with fresh linen and towels. If you would like housekeeping to be done everyday (Sweeping, Mopping and Washing Utensils) then there will be an extra fee of INR 400 / day payable in cash to the houseboy.
Before checking out please ensure that the place, kitchen appliances, dishes etc etc are cleaned and kept. If you desire housekeeping services for this, it can be provided for INR 400/-.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
