The Apartment is a 6200 Sq ft Duplex Penthouse in a 12 acre gated community on the Golf Course Road in Gurgaon. The complex has a Club with small pool, Badminton & Squash courts & pool tables with TT tables. Lovely two Central parks. A full Basketball court and 2 tennis courts in the complex.
Metro Station [Rapid metro] stations are 150 [VIVO Sec 53-54] and 200 meters apart [Sec 54]. These connect to Delhi Metro via Sikanderpur Metro Stn. The Airport is technically without a red light and without traffic is 10-12 mins.
Our Apartment is 3 side open with very good views of Golf Course road, Aravali hills and the Club house with rising sun to setting sun. Every room has large private balconies [about 80 Sq ft minimum to 150 sq ft].
All our bedrooms are feng shui compliant and very large [350 -450 sq ft] with attached very modern bathrooms. All bedrooms have heating and Air Conditioning. Bedrooms are King size and with Japanese Sanyo Orthopedic Mattresses. All rooms have a Study corner too.
I and my wife live on the upper floor. We have 2 bedrooms on the lower floor and we have a younger son [doing his IB and studying at The British School, Delhi] also staying on upper floor.
We have two large living rooms on each floor. A very modern Drawing room and dining room on the lower floor. 2 Kitchens [one on each floor].
Each Bedroom has its own LED Smart TV and we have 2 high speed wifi routers providing unlimited wifi and Net Streaming facilities all thru the house [with repeater all across the house].
We have a full time care taker and private Butler at home to cook on demand.
A house maid comes daily for cleaning and washing clothes.
We have 2 private terraces. One on lower floor and other on upper floor. We have a private bar on the upper floor with Cabanas and very fine collection of wine and Drinks - if that enchants :)
This accommodation is offered to only ladies or couples. Sorry no kids, please. I travel a lot, so my wife needs to have a lady guest at minimum [so couples are welcome but otherwise only ladies, please].

About the Area
It is on the Golf Course Road Sec 53 in the tony area with so many eateries, Pubs and most hip areas: Horizon center and Cyber hub very close by.
It is in a gated complex. We are 200 meters from Rapid Metro Stns [Sec 53 & sec 54] and connect to Delhi Metro at Sikanderpur.
The DLF Golf Club is 800 meters away.

House Rules
While booking is accepted, we require 25% of booking amount to be credited to our PayPal account
Once we receive the money into our PayPal account, booking is confirmed. We will send a receipt for all payments on email. After payment, you can send us an email (we will try and revert very promptly from 7 am to 11 pm IST).
We will require full payment on arrival or prior to arrival. We do not have a provision to accept Credit / Debit cards, so either PayPal or Cash is acceptable for balance amount due. In addition, we require Proof of Identity (of all staying guests) sent on email prior to arrival (this is a statutory requirement).
Other Important rules:
No undeclared Guests. If guest coming, please inform in advance and no more than 2 guests and nobody (other than declared guests) stays after 10 pm, please.
Clothes washing service is included [but on alternate days]. Professional Ironing is extra [on actual but is very minimal about 5 cents per cloth].
Club house & sports facilities within Condo including Gym usage is charged extra [not to us but for guests it has to be paid to society @ Rs 150-200 per day 2-3 USD / day]
Please keep Aircon, Geysers and lights off when not in use: fair usage policy, please.
High Speed Internet is available but fair usage please [Daily download of 3 GB is free, post that Rs 75 unlimited for a day or Rs 350 / week (above 3 GB / daily limit) is unlimited].

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
