This 3 rooms set is part of a Luxury Villa located in Vaishali Nagar, one of the most popular neighborhoods of Jaipur.

Our house is located in one of the most vibrant yet peaceful, suburban and safe neighborhoods of Jaipur.
Three fully furnished private luxury bedrooms with superior quality mattresses, premium linens and cushy towels.

All 3 Bedrooms feature a King sized bed & an AC, have an en suite modern bathroom & a dressing room each with a wardrobe.
Out of these 3, one room is situated on ground floor & the other 2 are on 1st floor.

House Rules
•Guests are required to provide Passport/Visa details at the time of Check-In & fill up registration form & guest register as required by the Law.
•The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
•Children accompanying adults must be between 1-5 years.
•Check-in time is after 1200 hours and Check out time –1000 hours.
•Early check-in or late check-out shall be chargeable.
•Switch off the Electrical & Electronic appliances & water connections when not in use.
•Visitors and Parties shall not be allowed. Room service is not available.
•Storage of intoxicating or other items of combustible or hazardous nature in rooms is strictly prohibited. •Please keep kitchen absolutely clean and clear after use.
•Smoking, Alcohol and Drugs are strictly prohibited in all rooms.
•Parking of vehicle is entirely at owner's risk.
•Owner is not responsible for guest's personal belongings or valuables.
•Guests shall be charged for any loss or any damage to the property and all goods set up in the said property.
•Owner shall not be held responsible for power cuts and water cuts.
•House-keeping service provided only on request.
•Taxes shall be charged as applicable.
•Loud music or noise in the rooms is prohibited as a mark of comfort of other society members.
•Only Vegetarian food can be prepared at home, on prior intimation, for a nominal charge.
•Meals (Lunch/Dinner-Veg./Non-Veg.) can also be ordered from restaurants or food ordering apps as per their actual food menu prices and delivery charges.
•Only 1 extra bed is allowed per room on additional payment of INR 700/-
•Extra bedding for children above 5 yrs of age.
•All disputes are subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
