Smile Serviced Villa is close to the beach (5 min walk), Basilica Church (5 min walk), St. Francis Church (10 min walk), Jewish Synagogue (15 min by Tuk Tuk), Kathakali Centre (10min walk). It’s pretty much in the heart of Fort Kochi. The place is fresh and new, you have got a good sense of light and air, it is very central and you would enjoy the company of our family.Smile Serviced Villa is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).

Joseph and his wife Minda are the most loving and hospitable hosts I've met. They have lovely home and Joseph is a great tour guide. Home made Kerala cuisine is served upon request and it's amazingly delicious. I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful time with Joseph and Minda. They are very welcoming people and Minda’s smile just melted our hearts. They took such great care of us that we are hoping to stay with them again in the future. Fiona really enjoyed the home cooked breakfasts which were exceptional and different every day of our week stay. We have no hesitation in recommending Joseph’s home stay to other travelers. Their house is very clean and tidy, the bed was truly comfortable and the cost most reasonable. We will keep in touch with them and will be sending them emails from our travels because it is important to stay in touch with friends. We both wish them well for the future for they are amazing hosts.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
