It is my fully furnished ground floor studio apartment in beautiful green unpolluted surroundings in upscale Alipore in South Kolkata near French, Italian and Russian Consulates. It has two bedrooms, one dining room, one kitchen, one bathroom and one storage area .It is provided with all amenities such as cooking gas connection, stove and cylinders, flat screen satellite color TV with remote and Tata Sky set top box, large hot water geyser, refrigerator ,washing machine, steel wardrobes, acquaguard water purifier and independent electric meter. Parking area and lawn is in front. The premises has its own security guard and cook cum maid who live in attached quarters. It is near markets,banks ,schools,hospitals, post office,police station,law court ,national library, parks, horticultural garden,metro station,railway station,auto,bus and taxi stands.
I stay upstairs in the same premises with my family, so am available around the clock to offer personalised care and attention to my guests while offering them complete privacy in their self contained unit.

About the Area
It is in a residential area in Alipore which is a premium location in South Kolkata .The apartment is near Alipore zoological gardens and Agri-Horticultural gardens which are ideal for walks .Victoria memorial is conveniently close

Payment is in INR legal tender at the time of check in.Guest should not cause any disturbance in the building and neighborhood and submit detailed id proofs .Any damage or loss to the furniture and fittings caused by the guest will have to be paid at the time of check out .No illegal or immoral activity should be carried out in the premises.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
