Our is a small 2bhk apartment in 3rd floor. We live in the ground floor.
Its best for young and mid aged couple as there is no lift.
Small but airy, one room is for guest with amenities (Bed, Dressing table, door lock n key system, table).
Guest can use common bathroom, common room dinning cum sitting area and kitchen.
We are working couple so we can’t spare time with guests on weekdays during office hours from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, after that we are available.
Our 6 yr kid and her nanny will be at home. So we prefer kid friendly guests. All transportation is nearby i.e. Metro rail, South bound local train, Taxi, Bus stand ).
I was working as a travel planner in travelling industry for a long 8 yrs but now I am working in a Gyane Hospital as admin and social media manager my Wife also is in administration at renowned Golf club in Kolkata.
Peaceful place to stay.
The best season is winter to visit India because of climate, food and roaming around the city.
The locality around is quite peaceful and have shops and grocery market nearby.

About the Area
Our house is located on the south side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 10km from the city center and 60 minutes drive from the airport.
The bus stop, Taxi stand and Netaji Metro station is only 10 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop.

Meals

House Rules
1. Apart from the guests who have checked in through Homestay, no other guests are permitted.
2. Public disturbances, loud music, etc. within the premises are not permitted.
3. The guests will be considered as a part of the family during their stay. It is expected that they also will reciprocate in the same manner.
4. All guests are permitted to use the kitchen attached to the studio apartment. All raw materials shall, however, have to be arranged by the guests.
5. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
6. Pets not allowed.
7. Cleanliness is priority for all guests.
8. NO Drugs allowed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
