The house is situated in a peaceful location. is away from the crowds of the city, but it is just minutes from the downtown area.24x7 transportation services (bus, auto)are just few steps away.Additionally,you can book online cabs to your doorstep.The nearest metro station(Kavi Najrul) is just within 7 minutes.Various shopping establishments are just within a few steps from the front door;with the nearest hospital just 10 minutes away.Most of the famous attractions are just 30mnts away.

About the Area
This is a 300sq ft(the entire property 30 sq mtr) studio house, situated at the southern part of the City,Kolkata.The property is located in the exact location called Boral,You have to use connector to garia and boral main road.There are 2 rooms in total,both of which have carpet floors.The rooms are, a bedroom,and another is a living come dinning room.....The bedroom has a comfortable,neat & clean bed that sleep 2 adult.The room also has AC,super cooling fridge and dressing table.We will also provide you mineral water without any additional charge. Whereas,in the living room,there is a large comfortable sofa of 3 people and 1 small sofa for single person.There is a work desk.Tv with cable. Apart from these rooms,there is a kitchen area just beside the bedroom with all the kitchenware (bowls,spoons,knife,plates etc)and induction cook-top. The small bathroom has all necessary amenities like,shower,toilet,water heater,taps,a mirror,hanger and extra storage shelf. There is a wide lawn area of 240sq ft(24 sq mtr ) at the property,just outside the studio house. It is decorated with flower plants and a fireplace.The priceless addition to it is the combination of street lights and this place which creates a nice romantic feel in the evening. A separate luggage room is there,in-case of exra luggage with you.It also means you can use the staying accommodation to the fullest.

- Please understand this is not a hotel but our own house,that has been
rennovated for your comfort and hospitality,we would appreciate your
co-operation and respect towards it.
- There is no way to acommodate more than 4 guests
- No visitors will be allowed,other than the paid guests
- Quite hour is from 10pm-7am
- You may need to submit copies of ID proofs(passport,visa)and sign few register logs on arrival,as per the law.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
