Mrs. and Mr. Sanjit Mukherjee offer the service of Home stay in their own house in Kolkata, India, in bed and breakfast concept. With experience of more than 23 yrs in Tourism Industry, the family of two, welcome guests from all over the world to experience the culture of Bengal and Sikkim.
Away from the maddening crowd, the property is located in a posh, secluded area, at south Kolkata, in neat and clean environment. The room is very well maintained with proper ventilation, overlooking the south facing view.

south open, full view windows with balcony.
2. Room is fitted with branded Air Conditioner.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

The main entrance gate will shut down at 09.00 p.m, but on request, it could be open for any special occasion of the guest, or for late check-in.
Outsiders, other than the guest, are not allowed to enter in the house without the permission of the hosts.
Complementary breakfast will be provided, but cooking inside the room is strictly prohibited.
Contact detail and valid photo ID has to be send by e-mail at the time of room booking. For foreign guest, photocopies of passport and valid visa has to be produced on check-in.
Confirmation of booking will be send in mail after receiving one night room charges.
Advance booking money is non refundable.
Full payment for total night stay has to be made one day in advance before the date of departure.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
