We live on the ground floor in the same house. 1st and 2nd floors are meant for homestay. It has independent access from the house.
Regarding our family we are husband, wife and a son. I have done B. Text from India and later I did three years research degree in synthetic yarn processing from England. My wife is a Ph.D. holder from Indian Agricultural Research Institute from New Delhi, India. We have a son who is a Kanpur IIT alumni, presently working as a software engineer in a US software company in USA.
We all come from a very educated and talented family. Past 30 years or over three decades, I have worked in the production, R & D, training, quality of personnel in the synthetic yarn industries in various countries across the globe and was holding a very high positions in this area in USA, Central & South America and South East Asia. I have published few papers, articles on synthetic yarn quality, management. I have travelled almost 51 countries for my work and some countries even 20 times. During traveling I have seen this concept of bed & breakfast in UK, serviced apartments in USA and Mexico. Level of comfort given in various countries was of different level. You always take an inspiration from somewhere. We also did and took this inspiration. We have made a homestay which can never be forgotten. We have provided kitchens in all our apartments along with the comfort and services of servants. In western world, many high tech gazettes are available but since man power is so expensive that it is impossible that someone will come and will help you in day to day chorus.
Besides my own work as a consultant in the synthetic yarn industry, I am also working in our homestay business and I am enjoying this job. In a very short period, we have met many good people from various countries and have provided one of the best services in India & world. These are: technocrats, politicians, Judges, foreign students working on assignments of WHO, UNICEF, Corporate world personnel, Film industry people, non resident Indians, Hockey and Tennis champions, event organizers. All these people have stayed with us. These are the people those who do not wish to stay in a hotel but want to feel a home like atmosphere with comfort of a hotel. It was a pleasure of knowing these people. I feel extremely happy and I love this work. t is nice to see their smiling faces.

We are providing comfortable and affordable living in a cleaned place with all comforts. It is an alternate to a 3-4 star hotel. All out apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped. With its mission of customer satisfaction, it has become a preferred location for domestic corporate world and foreign guests. Ish, Atithya encompasses the best practices of business along with sensitivity and care for the people.
Kindly add prices for 3rd and 4th guests. They are Rs. 1,120/- per guest per day while in 2BHK, it is Rs. 2,360/- per guest per day. These are included in the room charges.
GST Charges are 12% on room rent from Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 7,500/- and 18% for room rent Rs. 7,501/- above. These are included in the room prices. You need not to pay any extra money.
Washing of cloths can be given on the payment basis. Cloths will be given to the washerman. Guests need to pay money to the washerman.

Our colony is a posh colony of Lucknow. It has well maintanied 13 parks. Five Super malls, two hospitals, various medicin shops, small vegetable shops, Mini Stadium are nearby. Express Highway "SHAHEED PATH" passes from about 300 meters. The area is well connected with all other colonies.

House Rules
Once a booking is confirmed, we will contact the guests to pass on our banking details to transfer the amount / payment etc . Bank details are as follows:
Our refund policy is 7 days full money refund. If a guest cancels booking between 0 to 7 days, no money will be refunded. If there is NO SHOW then NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. We will not entertain inquiries like "DATE CHANGES".

OTHER RULES:
1. Drugs like marijuana are not allowed.
2. Alcohol only in moderate way. Use of Tobacco is not permitted in the house.
3. No Loud music.
4. No pets.
5. There is no elevator.
6. At the time of Check in we require your photo ID and address proof. It could be Passport, Driving License, letter from the employer, Aadhar Card (India), Social Security card (USA), Pan Card (India), Voter Card (India), Stamped Visa (for foreigners), PIO card (card for person of Indian origin living abroad). We cannot allow anyone unless they produce any of these two documents in original form. If you have made advance reservation and cannot produce any of these documents, no refunds will be made.
7. Your ID should not be local i.e. it should not be from Lucknow, India.
8. Please check availability dates from online calendars. In case of doubt, please confirm with us. You can make instant booking too.
9. There is time restriction. We open our doors at 6.00 AM and close at 9.30 PM.
10. You can use modular kitchen provided in each apartment. Alternatively, you can purchase food from restaurants. Almost all restaurants send food to the house.
11. Many App based taxi services like Uber, Ola are available.
12. Breakfast is included and we serve continental & Indian breakfast. Extra breakfast @ Rs. 300/- per person per day.
13. Home made lunch & dinner can also be served on payment basis.
14. We come under GSTN and 12% or 18% GSTN slab. Taxes will be charged as applicable. It goes to Indian Government. Taxes are not included in room prices.
16. If guests break anything, it will be charged at the current price both item price and workmanship.

POLICY FOR HOST AND GUEST DUE TO COVID 19
In response to the corona virus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property.
Food and beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to the corona virus (COVID-19).
Due to the corona virus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.
In response to the corona virus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant info.
On arrival of any guest we will check forehead temperature and general condition of the guest/s and if found above prescribed limit, then we will help them so that he/ she can get medical help immediately. Under this scenario, we will refund the guest money. But we cannot refund commission of booking agency unless they agree.
As per Government guidelines, we are cleaning door knobs, door latches, and electrical points with alcohol everyday so that everyone will be safe in the house.
We are changing bed sheets, pillow covers after every 5 days or once guest vacate the house.
We have already increased disinfectant percentage in the water used for the mopping of the floor.
Our all helpers, employees are cleaning hands, legs as soon as they enter in the house. In addition, they are cleaning their hands with alcohol. Our helpers, employees are using masks, hand gloves too.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
