We are Huzefa and Honey. Welcome to Pir Panjal Cottage.
This year we are living and exploring in the Pir Panjal mountains. We are based in Village Chidiyari, 1.5km from Manali and run a homestay at our cottage. We moved here to live in the Himalayas and pursue our passion for outdoor sports.
Pir Panjal Cottage
A quaint cottage housed in a verdant apple orchard overlooking the mighty Pir Panjal range, hence the name. For offbeat travelers looking for clean, mountain air – pristine views – and friendly, affordable homestay accommodation in the Himalayas.
We have 2 guest bedrooms on the ground floor with attached hot baths and spacious porch in the front. On the top floor we have a beautiful lounge in the balcony, dining room with fire place and kitchen. Self cooking facility, WiFi and car parking is available. We run a small cafe in the house and can arrange BBQ in evening on request.
What we love about this place is convenient yet serene location, the view, the amplified river music, and the simple design of the cottage, built more then 60 years ago.

About the Area
Our cottage is located 1.5km from Manali Mall road, in a quiet and safe neighborhood called Chidiyari. Its on the way towards Vashist, 300m from Manali - Leh Highway.
We are 50 km from the nearest airport, Bhuntar and only 15 min walk from the town center.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
