We are a hospitable middle aged couple. We love to travel and would also love to share our house and Mumbai with others. We love to meet and understand the various cultures of the people of the world.
We stay in a beautiful peaceful locality in the centre of M umbai in the well known five garden area of Dadar (east), parsee colony. Our apartment is very close to Dadar, Matunga and Wadala stations. It is also near bus stops and other amenities. We have a three bedroom house with a small attached terrace which is a nice sit out, and have a spacious living room and a cosy dining room. We wish to offer one of our bedrooms with a double bed as a guest room which has an A.C. it also has an attached bath.
Our apartment is on the fourth floor so it has a spacious terrace exclusively. Couples or single travellers wanting to explore Mumbai are welcome; we would love to show them around.
our building does not have a lift so people willing to climb 4 storeys are welcome!

About the Area
our house is closer to the south side of the city. it is almost in the center of mumbai.it is well connected by western,central and harbour railway and also well connected by buses. the bus stops and stations and all other amenities like shops and hotels are 2 to 15 mins walking distance. it is approximately 10 to 12 kms from the international and domestic airports.

Ranjana and Rajiv were kind, helpful and hospitable hosts and made me feel very welcome. The room is clean and comfortable in an airy penthouse flat, in this leafy street in Dadar. It is near shops, stalls, restaurants and Dadar station - from where u can get trains to the whole Mumbai rail network as well as Volvo buses to Pune and elsewhere. A good Homestay base for exploring this vast and amazing city!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
