Vishal here and i am in the Hospitality field working as a CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER , as a hobby i also work as a Fashion Stylist for various MNC's and Brands. I live with my parents just next doors to the property i have listed on Homestay so that makes it 100 % Safe and secure for You to seek my support , advice or guidance for anything You may require during your stay at my Home. The Apartment is situated in an area which is a mini city by itself equipped with Malls, Restaurants , Hospitals , drug stores, Grocery stores , gardens and jogging tracks with ample options for leisure and Entertainment. We also offer a Chauffeur driven car for personal use within city limits ( @ discounted price)

Our House is located in the prime puscale township of Lokhandwala with easy access to all spots of Leisure and entertainment which are with 5 minutes commuting distance by car , have all the Restaurants , Fast food joints , pubs , hospitals , drug stores , grocery stores , temples , jogging tracks , church , mosque, banks , ATM's within a walking distance of 10 minutes.Its 20 minutes from the International Airport , and 30 minutes from the Domestic Airport

Please note that I request all guests to pay the total booking price in advance of the stay (after the 15% deposit paid to Homestay.com)
Cancellation policy:
Please note that I require at least 1 week's notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation less than 7 days before the booking will only be refunded 50% of the price paid to me.
Guests can have visitors to meet but cannot let them stay overnight , Any activity that may disturb the peaceful neighbourhood is Prohibited like , Loud music, calling over friends , partying at the House, Drinking is NOT ALLOWED.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
