Our home is located in one of Mumbai's fastest growing, suburbs - Malad west. A constantly evolving locality, also known as the IT and BPO hub of the city, a friendly and safe neighbourhood with a mix of multi- lingual citizens staying nearby.
A warm and welcoming household, my daughter and I are seeking to offer our humble abode to Students / Foreigners (Couple / Single) travellers who visit the city on business or simply to those consumed by wanderlust!
We are a family of two residing in a 2 BHK(Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen) who love to chat up, cook, eat, discover latest happenings in the city, watch plays and movies when we're not planning our next vacation! English is the only language spoken at home.
We would certainly enjoy the company of like-minded individuals, from whom I'm sure we will have a chance to learn a thing or two.
Travellers will be hosted in our fully equipped, cozy en-suite, complete with a wooden flooring, dresser, 32 inch Slim TV, Wifi, attached bath and a cupboard. Guests will also have access to the kitchen and common living area should they like and free parking in the building premises for one vehicle. Also included are freshly laundered clothes for you everyday!
We take pride in feeding our guests, so freshly prepared Indian home cooked meals - breakfast / lunch / dinner (vegetarian and non-vegetarian ) can be included on request. If you are a meat-lover, you're in for quite a treat!
Our home is just five minutes away from three of the most renowned shopping malls in the city (Inorbit, Infinity and Oberoi Mall), that house Indian and International brands, multiplexes, elaborate food courts and kid zones.
We are very well connected, with the train station just 10 minutes away and the western express highway 15 minutes away. While local transport such as auto-rickshaws, BEST buses and cabs are easily available, there is also ample of access to private cab services such as Uber / Ola, etc.
Eateries here range from experimental order-at-home services as well as hip and trendy restaurant and bars for those who would like to venture out and explore nightlife in this part of the city.
Essential spaces such as Hypercity (India's largest supermarket chain), Salon's, Chemists, Cyber Cafes, Stationery shops, Coffee shops and vegetable and fruit vendors are situated in close proximity as soon as you get you exit the building. For fitness enthusiasts there are two parks (Sunder Nagar Garden and Mindspace Garden) and also access to Goregaon Sports Club with an Olympic sized pool with easy access on a minimum charge, all of which are located within a 1 km radius. For those who'd like to dive into the infamous Yoga workout, there is an option for you to pay per class at Mickey Mehta (one of India's most revered fitness centres) located less than 500 metres away.

About the Area
Our house is located in the Western suburb of Mumbai in the bustling and friendly neighbourhood of Malad west. Train station is 10 minutes away while the Western Express Highway is 15 minutes away.The bus stop is located less than 100 metres away. The area is Eateries here range from experimental order-at-home food to multi-cuisine restaurants and cafes and local eatries. For those who would like to experience nightlife in this side of the city, there are hip and trendy bars located within a 2km radius. There are three malls housing International and Indian brands, multiplexes and plenty of essential spaces such as salons, stationery shops, chemists, fitness stations (parks, sports clubs and yoga / aerobic studios).

Payment method:please note we require our guest to pay 25percent of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room.(on top of the 15% service fee paid to homestay .com)..
We ask our guest to give us at least 7days notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later that will not be refunded...

To complete the booking require passport copy, email id ,current address of the guest along with contact details. this is mandatory.for all guest travelling within India and travelling to India from overseas.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
