Welcome to India and yes welcome to your home away from home while in Mumbai on a short visit for tourism/business assignment for safety and peace of mind. Due to close proximity to BKC, Hiranandani Gardens-Powai, SEEPZ-MIDC & good options for ease of commute to any place within Mumbai our accommodation is immensely suitable for for business travelers as well.
We are an Indian couple offering FRRO approved home stay / BNB accommodation for expat-females / couple only for short stay in a private well ventilated furnished AC room with a) En suite washroom having western WC b) Wardrobe c) Double bed d) Satelite/Cable TV and e) WiFi , in a spacious 2 BHK Apartment with elevator and security, ideally located just 1.25 Km from Mumbai International Airport (CSIA-T II) and within walking distance from Chakala ( JB Nagar) Metro Station in a well developed slum free locality in Andheri-E. Our home-stay / BNB accommodation is Ideal for expats / migrant - females / couple visiting Mumbai for internship / tourism / business assignments/ international exhibition etc. and looking for alternative to hotels for their stay and prefer to stay with a educated family for local support and guidance.
Our apartment is in a very well developed locality of JB Nagar in Andheri-E . While most amenities generally needed are available in house other desired local conveniences are including Metro are with in 2-12 minutes walk-able distances such as 1) Banks / ATM 2) Gym / Spa 3) Licensed Money Changers 4) Multi Cuisine Restaurants 5) Multiplex 6) Florist 7) Five Star Hotels 8) Super Market g) Public Conveyances (Taxi / Rickshaw / Bus ) 9) Couriers/Shipping Agents etc. etc.
We are very transparent believing in fair deal. We there fore invite the would be guest/s for exchange of messages prior to accepting their booking through the in built messaging system for assessing mutual compatibility for hosts as well as guest/s.
It is imperative that the guest/s make balance payment immediately for the entire period of stay & comply with 1) House Rules 2) Government Rules & Regulations by way of providing valid id proofs & police verification etc.
Additional Info
We will be glad to assist the guests in planing their itineraries / site seeing trip in / around Mumbai and ticketing as well if so desired. It is imperative that the guests put their true profile snap for a response against their booking request to weed out misrepresentation and confusion.

About the Area
Our apartment is ideally located just 1.25 Km from the T II (International Terminal) of Mumbai Air Port where most international flights land in the late night or early morning, in a very well developed and safe locality of JB Nagar in Andheri E. All desired local conveniences including Metro Station are with in 2-12 minutes walk-able distance only. Simply said it is an ideal location for foreigners visiting Mumbai for a) Tourism b) Internship c) Business assignment or d) International Exhibitions and seeking alternate to hotel accommodation by way of homestay with an educated family for guidance and local support. It suits to business travelers as well due to the fact that several MNCs and corporate are having their presence in the area. We shall be glad to guide the business visitors about suitability of our place for their stay, if asked for prior to confirming their booking.

House Rules
1) We are strict vegetarians. Non veg. food (including eggs), alcoholic drinks, drugs, smoking etc. is strictly prohibited on premises.
2) Breakfast time is from 9-10 AM . No daily late nights- guests are expected to be back by 11 PM.
3) Guest are expected to switch off lights / fan and shut water tapes of wash room while leaving the room.
4) Cleaning of room by maid between 12 Noon- 4 PM. Guests are expected to keep the w c flushed and clean use.
5) Guests need to keep their valuables in safe custody and secure while in the room or in the field.
6) Guests can avail of a) Local SIM Card facility on extra charges basis
7) Home-stay / BNB accommodation booking will be subject to house rules and governed by Indian Laws and regulations.
8) Guests are required to furnish proper ID proofs & Passport/Visa particulars/copies immediately after confirming booking.
9) This is home stay and not a hotel. We reserve the right to admission and cancellation of bookings obtained by misrepresentation / wrong information.

Very humble family. Never felt like staying in a homestay, it was always like staying with our own family. My son misses them even after coming back.
Whenever in mumbai, we would like stay again!The house is very well connected to all daily necessities, restaurants, ATM etc. Its a peaceful and well guarded society. Availability of transportation was never an issue. Kitchen is available for cooking. Room size is much bigger as compared to mumbai standards and have enough storage space. Airy and well lit room.
Specially mentioning aunty, she is very caring and humble.
Will recommend anyone travelling to mumbai for short/long term to explore this house.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
