My home, is a heritage building and was built by my great grandfather. My family lives in the main house. Your rooms are outside the main building with their own private entrance and are in the same compound.
Its unique location makes it very near to the main town of Nainital and at the same time isolates it from the city noise.
We serve home cooked meals (chargeable) which you can choose to order from our menu well in advance.
You can take guided treks with me as an added experience.

Please DO NOT WIPE YOUR MAKE UP ON THE TOWELS , BEDSHEETS OR PILLOW COVERS
BREAKFAST MUST BE ORDERED ONE EVENING PRIOR AND WILL ONLY BE SERVED FROM 8:30 am to 10 am.
DINNER will only be served till 9 pm during summers and 8:30 pm during winters.
Check in time 12 PM and Check out time is 10 AM.
Please DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE ROOMS.
Please DO NO USE THE GEYSER AND HEATER TOGETHER.
Hot water comes on the left tap. Please switch on the geyser for at least 30 minutes before to allow for sufficient heating time and mix the water properly to avoid any injuries due to hot water.
If water is not coming on the main taps or the flow is reduced , please do not switch on the geyser. I will provide you with hot water from inside.
The water in your Kettle is from our RO water purifier and is 100% potable.
Please remember to switch off the geyser, room heater, electric kettle and the lights when you step out of the room. SAVE ELECTRICITY
Food is subject to availability.
For ordering food you must inform us well in advance as we need ample time to get fresh ingredients from town and prepare you a good meal.
I take people for guided treks, nature walks & photowalks. I will be happy to take you on memorable walks which will include about 10 photographs which will be given to you as soft copies and some refreshments. The cost of the treks are mentioned below:
Hermitage Hill + ECO Cave Park - Rs. 500 per person
Mount Pleasant + Land’s End - Rs. 500 per person
Dorothy’s Seat - Rs. 500 per person
Cliffs - Rs. 600 per person
Cliffs + Dorothy’s Seat - Rs. 1000 per person
Camel’s Back - Rs. 1000 per person
Cheena Peak - Rs. 1500 per
We can arrange for Bonfire at your request for Rs. 700 /per night
We can arrange a Barbecue ( either Veg or Non Veg) for you to cook yourself out in the open:
Vegetable Barbecue ( Onions, Capsicum, Paneer, Tomato, Mushroom ( subject to availability) Rs. 1000
Chicken Barbecue ( Marinated Chicken with Salad ) Rs. 1500
Mutton Barbecue ( Marinated Mutton with Salad ) Rs. 1800
We have a baby PRAM available if you need it for your kids @ Rs. 300 per day. Please do return it in the same condition as it was given to you.
We also give umbrellas on rent for Rs. 50 per umbrella per day. If broken or lost you need to pay Rs. 200 per umbrella.
We also have document Printing facility @ Rs. 10 per page.
Any DAMAGES will be chargeable.

Rohan who manages the property was very helpful. The entire Rohan family including their little daughter gave us a beautiful company during the stay. The homestay is absolutely perfect for a family - the rooms and the linen were maintained well and clean. The location is just a short walk from the Naini lake. The food was homely and fresh.
Everything regarding the stay has been awesome. The homestay is perfect for those who loves homely as well as calm environment.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
