It is a 3 bedded nicely done apartment, close to the green belt, along a wild life trek. It is a nice spacious, very well ventilated house, in a peaceful, serene, dust and noise free environment in the Mehrauli hills.
Our place is just 1km walk away from Qutub Minar and full of very old monuments.
This is the most ancient city of Delhi. It is very well connected by transport.
The terrace allows magnificent views of Delhi and is a wonderful sunrise scene for about 20 mins.
Adjoining are the most happening party places of Delhi within 1.5 kms.

About the Area
We are Indo German Family.Our house is located 25 mins from the international Airport in South Delhi.
It is in close proximity to Gurgaon, (some 13kms as most of the area around is forest and green belt reserve).
It is 15 kms from city center Cannaught place, which is well connected by metro, buses, Auto Rickshaws with a span of 30 min at minimum in ideal conditions.
The bus stop is 800 mts away and it is a terminus, so one can get the best possible seat. Delhi has good public transport facilities.
This place is connected well. Has 3 equidistant Metro stations of Yellow line nearby. Plus Mehrauli terminus from where the buses originate and you can sit in AC buses to different destinations. A walk away is Qutub Minar complex, from where you can have Delhi sight seeing and Hop on Hop off ( HoHo) bus services of Delhi tourism. Mehrauli is the most ancient city of Delhi and full of places worth visiting - even 3-4 days are not enough for Mehrauli itself.

House Rules
The house is clean and peaceful. We are pure vegetarian, non alcoholic.
One can smoke on the balconies and terraces, just taking care in the presence of kids so as not to give them encouragement. The terrace is so perfect for everyday sitting, small partying, boozing. One can have amazing fun of a serene chilled out life there watching the scene for hours and hours.
We are very liberal, caring, honest and if you follow our rules, about peace, smoking and drinking. it would be marvelous and a very secured stay for you.
There is a caretaker of the building and we just lock the front door and drop the keys there. So it has to be followed the same way for hassle free functioning.
Please do not invite strangers, for the sake of security, if you happen to have a friend, feel free to ask help to screen them. Take our consent.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
