Casa Tropicana has two homestay properties:
* Villa Tidina a seven bedroom sea side property located along the Jetty Road Dona Paula, Goa, India, with room overlooking the Zuari bay & the Arabian Sea.
* Villa Caroline a five bedroom property located along the Road leading to the Cabo Placa, Dona Paula, Goa, India.
Dona Paula is a charming and serene lovers paradise just a stone throw away from the Portuguese styled town of Panaji, the capital city of Goa. Villa Tidina is located along the road that leads to the Dona Paula jetty, 500 Mts. away from the legendary spot from where this romantic place its self gets it name.
All the guest rooms at Villa Tidina and Villa Caroline are air conditioned with en-suite toilet having hot & cold shower, large sit-out, individual character and style, and are exquisitely finished with plush interiors, quality linen. and amenities such as satellite T.V, a mini fridge, safety locker etc.
Indoors consists of entrance foyer, lounge, dining hall and a self use kitchen. Outdoors consist of landscaped courtyard, swimming pool, and sun deck.
At Casa Tropicana, we provide a high standard of house keeping and security.
I am an architect, practicing in Goa, India, under name CIARCH- Centre for Interiors and Architecture. I love design and creative work. Beside architecture I am also in the hospitality field under brand name Casa Tropicana Goa. Have a passion for music, martial arts, travel and adventure.
In my free time I love cycling through countryside and/or swimming.
Absolutely adore animals, especially dogs.

About the Area
Dona Paula is a charming and serene lovers paradise just a stone throw away from the Portuguese styled town of Panaji, the capital city of Goa. It is well known for its pristine beauty and romantic sunsets. Besides being a swanky up-market residential enclave, Dona Paula is steeped in history. It located eastward to the Palace of Cabo (Palacio De Cabo), the former estate of the viceroy and other Portuguese royalties. It housed a Portuguese fort, erected in the seventeenth century, which guarded the entrance of the Goa harbour, which it did by crossfirring its cannons. Palacio De Cabo became the viceregal seat in 1918, and the official residence of the Govenor of Goa from December 19, 1961. Dona Paula offers pleasant view from the top of the peninsula of the Mira Mar beach, Dona Paula Bay, and The National Institute of Oceanography. A walk down the road offer you a sight of the ruins of a military cemetery built by the British at the time of their brief occupation of the Cabo Fort during the Napoleonic wars - a move intended to deter the French from invading Goa.

Très belle prestation. Le patron et son staff sont aux petits soins. Le cuisinier a eu des formations en Europe. Il vous propose de bons petits repas. Je ne peux que vous le recommander.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
