Our cool & comfortable flat has a wonderful room in a spacious society (Sun Universe), one of the best residencies in Pune. It comfortably fits two guests.
Being well-connected by all public and private transport services,this is perfectly suitable for travelers and working professionals. When we do offer this place to families as well, unmarried couples though cant be accommodated.
A well managed condominium with serene view of lush green surroundings. A calm, quite and comfortable place with full of lights and fresh air. The condominium is a hop, skip and jump away from the Abhiruchi Mall. The wind channels created by the tall towers make it a pleasant walk within the complex.
The neighbourhood is a lovely mix of the traditional and contemporary. There's a Maharashtrian vibe about it but at the same time ensures you your privacy. Walk out of the peaceful complex and you'll find you're on the bustling lively street called Narveer Tanaji Malusare Road, lined with vendors selling phuchka, papri chaat etc. For a more conventional experience, walk to the Abhiruchi mall for some of the best restaurants and hang-out joints in the city!

About the Area
There are buses, autos easily accessible right outside. An uber takes about a minute and a half to arrive at any given point in time. You're a 5 minute walk away from the vadgaon crossing for shared rides (shared autos) to Swargate.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com)
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
House Rules:
1. Check-in is at 10 am, and check-out is by 11am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first.
2. To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and heating when its not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
3. To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home.
4. Since this is a share house with multiple occupants, we like to ensure everyone has their own space. We kindly ask guests to refrain from entering other rooms. We’ll ensure your space is likewise respected in return.
5. We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
6. To be considerate to the other roommates, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 9pm. And if you want to listen to music, please remember the other roommates and enjoy via headphones or in your personal space. We’ll make sure to reciprocate the favor. Unless it’s Bob Dylan or Arijit Singh. He’s okay to play at any time in all areas of the house :)
7. We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement of two. We have this in place instead of an additional guest charge in an attempt to keep costs down for you.
8. We understand that for a whole verity of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We’re reasonable folk and will accommodate wherever possible
9. Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
