An independent studio apartment suitable for a group or family of 4 or 5 people. The apartment has 2 bathrooms & 5 Beds and additional beds can be added on request. The house has a huge garden & Terrace which guests are welcome to use.
I Live with my brother who is a special person on the ground floor and offer the apartment on the first floor as a home stay. It ensures that our guests have privacy and can come & go as they please and we are always available should the guests require assistance. Our house looks to the lush green mountains. We enjoy our guests having a fantastic time during their travels.

About the Area
Our House is Located 500 Meters east of the river Ganga. We are looking to share an entire floor which is a studio apartment suitable for a family or group of upto 5. The house is well furnished with 3 single beds & 1 queen size bed for two people. More beds can be added upon request. The house has 2 bathrooms for the guests & and a kitchenette Our home overlooks a huge garden which guests are welcome to use & a big terrace. The view from the house is spectacular lush green mountains.

Dinner: 400.00 INR per person per night
Charge for washing machine usage: 150.00 INR per machine load.
Should you wish to cook, gas cylinder is 1300 monthly.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
