Our place is a cozy and comfortable home stay situated in the heart of city Udaipur. It consists of five well ventilated, bright and refurbished rooms with all modern facilities Wi-Fi, AC., personal TV, private washrooms with hot and cold running water, wardrobes, electric gadgets like iron, kettle etc.
It is further complimented by an independent kitchen should the guests like to indulge in self-cooking. Food and beverages can also be served on prior order throughout the day.
Not to be missed is the beautiful Fountain Courtyard, the open Terrace and the lush green terrace garden offering the guests space to sit and relax in fresh air.

Centrally located ‘The Nest’ is at a distance of 3 Km. from the Bus Stand and Railway Station and 18 Km. from the Udaipur Airport .All in all it is a perfect recluse for people who wish to stay in a quiet, peaceful, at the same time convenient location within the city.

-Confirmation of the bookings will be based on first come first serve basis with 100% advance payment.
-Rates are subject to change without prior notice in accordance with Govt. tax revisions.
-Guests are requested to present their ID proofs like Driving license, Voter id and Aadhar card for Indian nationals and passport & visa for foreign nationals upon arrival.
-Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
-Please ensure to return all keys and remote controls for appliances that belong to the rooms before your departure.
-A replacement value of the lost and/ or damaged items will be charged.
-Check-In – 1400 Hours

Cancellation Policy
-7 days from the date of Arrival/no show, No refund is claimable.
-30 days to 7 days of arrival, 50% refund is claimable, after deduction of TDS/Service charge/Taxes/Bank charges.
-30 days or more prior to the date of arrival, Refund is claimable after deduction of TDS/Service charge/Taxes/Bank charges.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
