we would like to interduce our cozy room on our environment Café ground. before pandemic this was one of the most busy street with tourist for enjoying sunny beach. distance from the house to the sea is only 5 minute by walking. my self as a landlord ,also live in the same street from this accommodation café .indoor property has kitchen and minimalist pool side by side with hot water shower and toilet .we offer you this unique spot in our cozy room for daily rent include breakfast.

i would like to interduce Our room in environment Caffe Lingkar. the property is well know by cafe lingkar hidden Garden , in 2019 this is was one of the busy street and busy occupancy as a Bungalow 1 bed room. .until this Pandemic .our room has been renovated with adding minimalist pool ,also private kitchen .my self as a landlord just live near by the accommodation and I'm happy to serve my guest to provide them meal at breakfast or lunch . our cafe open start from 10 am till 5 pm . breakfast menu and lunch is what we will serving at the moment for public .the guest has they own key and access the pool with bathroom is an open plan and not for share with public

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
