PESONA GUEST HOUSE JAKARTA is not just another Jakarta B&B (Bed & Breakfast). This Jakarta Homestay is nothing short of exquisite. Decorated with fine Indonesian and European furniture, the guesthouse amenities include a grand piano, a picturesque swimming pool and lovely outdoor seating areas.
Pesona offers five finely-appointed guest rooms with luxurious queen-sized beds, full ensuite bathrooms, complimentary WiFi access and cable television. A large circular staircase leads up to three rooms on the second floor, each with direct access to an upper-level terrace overlooking the neighborhood. The fourth and the fifth rooms on the lower level have direct access to the swimming pool.
Guests may take breakfast in the gazebo on the upper-level terrace or in the dining room on the first level.
Pesona Guest House Jakarta offers a "homestay" experience . . . and a level of quality and service comparable to a 4- or 5-star hotel.

PESONA GUEST HOUSE is the home of Ibu Nana (a native Indonesian) and her husband, Pak Mel (a Canadian). They and a staff of 6 persons are onsite at all times.
The language spoken in the home is English and Bahasa Indonesia. Pak Mel is a well-educated and well-informed native-English speaker, and his presence always serves as an excellent "bridge" between "east and west." Ibu Nana and Pak Mel genuinely enjoy entertaining foreign visitors. This is immediately apparent from the moment guests are greeted at Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. It is almost ironic that, in this opulent setting, guests find a truly social setting where they can interact as freely and as casually as they would in the humblest of homestays.

PESONA GUEST HOUSE is located in the Cilandak District of Jakarta Selatan (South Jakarta).
The Guest House is tucked away on a quiet street, far from the noise of cars and motorbikes . . . but within easy commuting distance of the TB Simatupang business district and ring road, numerous golf courses, Cilandak Town Square, Pondok Indah Mall, the nightlife of Blok M, and the popular restaurants and boutiques of the Kemang District.
Business travellers are well served by Jakarta's impressive network of taxi operators, making for easy access to the City Centre and the central business districts surrounding Jalan Sudirman and Jalan Rasuna Said.

You are welcome to smoke at PESONA (given our large building and outdoor areas). However, for the safety of all PESONA guests, we ask that guests not smoke in guestrooms. (For our smoking guests, each room has direct access to an outdoor seating area.)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
