Rumah Deedee is a homestay for travelers which provide also various services in travel & tourism industry - maintained by my parents, located in a cozy real estate just across Lebak Bulus Bus bus Station.
Amran, owner of Rumah Deedee is an alumnus of University of Indonesia, University of Alberta,Canada and University of Wollongong,Australia who is now a lecturer at University of Trisakti. His wife Mrs Wisdawati is a retired 40 years of teaching experience - high school teacher who is now taking care of a heritage and historical community, Sahabat Museum.
Our family is a travel addict. We had been traveling in almost all provinces in Indonesia as well as few continent in the world such as Asia, America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Republic of Saudi Arabia also Republic of Maldives.
We speak very good English and would really love to welcome travelers from any parts of Indonesia and the world.
We live in 1st floor while the homestay is located on the 2nd floor, consists of 10 rooms, ready for you to stay.

About the Area
Located in perfect, cozy real estate, flood free, in front of Lebak Bulus bus station, one of biggest bus stations in South Jakarta. Walking distance, about 300m from bus station to Rumah Deedee.
Our homestay is also located nearby one of biggest shopping mall in South Jakarta (Pondok Indah Mall), there are also International hospitals, fire house, fine dining & cheap restaurants around, big mosques and Church too

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
- Guest to show valid Id Card /Driving Licence/Passport upon arrival.
- Guest can only check in after 1 pm and has to check out by 11 am.
- Every rooms would be provided by room key + AC remote upon check in, and guest would have to return the key + AC remote upon check out. Any lost keys / AC remote would be charged Rp 100,000/room.
- Those who are in different gender and wish to share the room in queen size bed need to provide a copy of marriage certificate or family certificate as per local regulation & culture.
- All rooms in second floor is NON SMOKING AREA. However,smokers are allowed to smoke only by the terrace outside and throw the cigarette butt in the ashtray provided.
- Shoes and sandals are not allowed to be used in the second floor. For safety & security, please keep your shoes/sandals inside the rooms.
- Rumah Deedee is not responsible of all guest belonging. Please do make sure you lock your rooms at all times.
- RT 003 where we live in - will close its real estate access by 23.30 pm at night (main gate locked). If guest would be arriving at rumahdeedee AFTER 23.30pm, transportation could drop guest off - in front of the main gate, and guest could continue to rumahdeedee by walking about 50m (3 min walking).
- No fire arms/weapons, drugs nor narcotics are allowed in this property.
- Please keep the room clean and take care of shared facilities.
- Please do not disturb other guest, do not make any noises.
- Please turn off the AC/water if not used or if you leave the room/house.
- Please follow the rules & regulations, terms & conditions apply at Rumah Deedee.
- Rumah Deedee has every rights to decline guests on certain situation and condition or unavoidable circumstances.
- Rumah Deedee has every rights to release guests who are rude/in trouble/caused problems/doesn’t follow terms & conditions or rules & regulation applied.
- Guests who stay at Rumah Deedee is considered understood and agreed with Rules & Regulation, Terms & Conditions applied.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
