Our house is only 5 minutes to Monumen Jogya Kembali (Monjali), 10 minutes to Malioboro and Gajah Mada University with 7 x 24 hours security guard in entrance road. There are 6(six) bedrooms in total, 4 (four) bathrooms, a spacious living room and small kitchen.
A nice, secure and quite place to stay and enjoy Yogyakarta with your families or friends.
Special for cycling group with minimal 10 persons, you may request addition discount. Please email griagowes@gmail.com for detail
We can arrange high quality bicycle rent to be used in Yogyakarta, including to bike to Merapi mount area.

About the Area
Our house located on South side of North Ring Road in quite and safe suburb called Nandan. Distance walking to Monumen Yogya Kembali, and around 2 km to Gajah Mada University.
A nice place as home for cycling to Merapi mount area in North side of Yogya, to temples in East are of Yogya or city tour.

we spend 4 days in Yogyakarta in Noery's homestay; we feel better!! she was very pretty for help us to enjoin and to discover the city. She organized for us some little tours to see borobudur temple and prabanang temple. The house and the rooms are very clean and there are also a good breakfast!!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
