For your convenience, we provide complimentary self-service breakfast and dringking water / coffee / tea. WIFI Internet Connection, TV/DVD Player, Fridge, Toaster, Water Dispenser, Kicthen Utensils, BBQ Set are provided in our common guests area for public use. You may find towels and shower amenities in the shower area.Upon request, Hair dryer can be borrowed from the Reception.

Rumah Kalpataru is quietly tucked in the Timuran District, just next to Prawirotaman Tourist Area who's in this area lot of tourist attraction like restaurant, bar and coffee shop

House Rules
1 ) Check in time starts at 12pm and check out time is at 11am daily. Early check-in and or late check-out is subject to availability and additional fee. Guests will be required to provide a copy of valid ID card / driving license / passport for record keeping during check-in.
2 ) Guests receiving visitors are required to report to the Reception. Visitors are only allowed in the common areas during visiting hours (6:00 to 22:00 ). Non registered visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
3 ) All visitors and guests are not allowed to engage in gambling, prostitution, firearms/explosives and illicit drugs within the vicinity. All offenses will be reported to the authorities and the property reserve the rights to refuse accommodation . No refund will be entertained.
4 ) Guests are encouraged to notify the Reception when traveling for the day. Kindly please secure your valuables, lock the door, turn off the AC, lights and the water tap when leaving the room.
5 ) Guests are encouraged to maintain the cleanliness of the room and the environment. Smoking is prohibited in any room. Kindly please do not flush tissue, paper, tampon, sanitary pads and or any other garbage into the toilet. In the event of damage or loss of goods belonging to the property, guests shall be held liable by the management.
6 ) Guests are responsible for keeping personal valuables accordingly. Never let your valuables left unattended in public areas. Keep the room securely locked during your stay. Management is not responsible for any loss or damaged incurred as a result of personal negligence .
7 ) Guests with private vehicles are responsible for keeping the vehicle securely locked. Never leave your valuables unattended in your private vehicle. Management is not responsible for any loss or damaged incurred as a result of personal negligence .

Sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Unterkunft schön im grünen.Irfan ist sehr nett und hilft viel. Zimmer eher einfach und Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen, aber für den Preis super! Sehr zu empfehlen!

We really appreciated to stay in this homestay ! We were seduced by the kindess of the host and the beauty of the place. The host is always available to discuss or even to make you discover the local' specialities as the food. The room is absoluetly clean. We warmly recommend it !! :)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
