My name is Aghigh and I welcome you to stay at my home in Tehran, Iran. I'm an emergency medicine resident and I live with my mom, Naji.

My mom is from the northern part of Iran, the beautiful city "Ardebil". She's a house wife and loves cooking, As many people say she's a great cook. she can prepare traditional Iranian meals for you and if you're interested she can teach you how to cook simple yet delicious iranian food. If you prefer vegetarian or vegan meals you are in good luck because my mom knows lots of recepies for your taste.
We love drinking tea and having friends over.
We have hosted countless people from different nationalities and always welcome more. We usually like to keep in touch with our guests and help them organize the rest of their trip to Iran.
We are fluent in Turkish language.

Tehran is my hometown and we can explore its beauty together.
Since I studied medicine in Qazvin city and it's a lovely place with lots of landmarks, I can arrange a tour to the beautiful city of "Qazvin" which is 2 hours away from Tehran. Qazvin used to be the capital of Iran in "Safavid dynasty" and it's full of historical monuments.

We can also arrange an Alamout valley tour for you and get you in touch with one of the best local guides who is fluent in English.
If you are interested in visiting a beautiful canyon, hicking, swiming in a lake, getting wet in a waterfall or just want to enjoy the beauties of Iran's nature, this is the perfect place for you.

Our house is located in a safe and lovely neighborhood in the uptown of Tehran.
Many shops and supermarkets around.
You can go for a calming walk in Qeytarieh Park and visit the local art galleries there.
Sana shopping Center is closeby where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee on its breathtaking roof garden.
You can easily get a cab to Tajrish square and other landmarks of Tehran.
If you want to enjoy the night life and have a memorable time, Andarzgoo boulevard is also near our place.
These are my go to cafes in the neighborhood:
1) Lomenz (it's more economical and the staff are lovely)
2) Jo Z (it's got a bohemian style with young and energetic staff)

I stayed at Aghigh and Naji's home for one week. It was such a delight! I'd gladly recommend to any guests. They were friendly and extremely hospitable and helpful during my stay.
The room is spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the hosts - very clear and easy check in and check out information. I hope to stay again!January 2024

I can’t find the words to describe how grateful and thankful I am to Aghigh and her Mum. I booked a stay at their lovely home for my Mother and my little brother. They enjoyed their time there and felt like home! Najma took them to visit some beautiful places in Tehran and also went shopping with them many times. They ate together, had fun together, it was just the best experience ever!

Had a wonderful and memorable stay with them. Aghigh despite being unwell was immensely considerate and forthcoming. Never for a moment I had a feeling of being away from home. The place has a very charming and buzzing neighbourhood with many cafes and good shops located close by. Whenever you’re in Tehran, Aghigh’s home would be the best place to host you. I hope to seeing them again soon.

We had such a nice stay! Aghigh and her mother are so heartful, caring and made us feel very comfortable! We had the best vegetarian food and they helped us also a lot with organizing stuff. Can truly recommend her homestay.

Aghigh is a perfect host and speaks a very good English. Her mother is a great cook. The apartment is clean, the bed has a very comfortable mattress. We could also park our motorcycles in the shared garage of the apartment house. We can recommend you to stay there.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
