I live in a 3 bedroom apartment in a very beautiful neighbourhood with lots of gardens, River, Hills and mountains but also in heart of the city with very easy access to bus and metro to every corner of Tehran and direct bus to main terminals to travel to other cities of Iran. only 7 mins walk to BRT Station.
there is two available rooms for the guests with a cozy and green terrace for smoking.
Tehran is not a easy and cheap city for travellers and after years of travelling and hosting I have plenty of experience to make it pleasant for you with my hints and advises about transportation, costs, highlights, events, cosy places, and hidden culture of the city. I have plans for every night and every weekend so you can also join me as a friend and enjoy the famous "Tehraner" social and dynamic culture.
And do not forget that Money is not the priority here! bring your smiles :)

About the Area
The neighbourhood is very beautiful and quiet with lots of gardens and River. only 10 minutes walk to the mountains of north of Tehran and and 7 minutes walk to BRT Station which gives you easy and almost free access to every corner of Tehran. Direct bus to north and south terminal to travel to other cities of Iran.
Easy access to Tajrish square in north of Tehran which is like the heart of the city. Very close to museums and public parks for walking, running, cycling and hanging up. The area is very safe but honestly almost everywhere is very safe in Tehran and Iran.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, hatte bei Tee und Datteln interessante und ausführliche, geistig inhaltsreiche Gespräche mit Ed. Tolle Tipps zu Wanderungen (z.B. Palangchal und Touchal), hatte mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr gerne wieder!

ED cis a wonderful, helpful and flexible person. he is a very experienced traveller and can give you good hints and advise about travelling in iran.
the house is very clean and in a very good area close to bus and taxi station and easy access to metro station.

Ed was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond helping us to sort out any of our problems with a light. He was extremely friendly and willing to show us around and explain Iranian customs. And the bed - one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
