I have an apartment in the west of Tehran near the shopping center and taxi stand and bus station and near the beautiful parks and museum. my neighborhood is very quiet and clean. my home is near the "Milad" tower and i can speak English so i can tell my guests about Iranian culture and show them tourist attraction

I live in the center of the city near the shopping center and "Milad" tower and my home is near the taxi stand and bus station and subway lines, I have a cosy home in a quiet neighborhood. my home is near the park and swimming pool and near some great museums.

Saeedeh is a very nice, kind, enthusiastic woman. She is very hospitable and likes to spend time with her guests. She makes you feel comfortable. Saeedeh has a nice apartment with a private parking, a big kitchen, an Iranian toilet and a separate shower. The bedroom is quite small, there isn't much space for your suitcase and stuff. You have to bring your own towels, we were surprised by that.

This is a nice homestay/place to stay in Tehran. Saeedeh is welcoming, cheerful and friendly. We received a very warm welcome and immediately felt at home in her beautiful living room with open kitchen. The bedroom is fine and equipped with air conditioning.
Saeedeh accompanied us one day as a city guide. She showed us beautiful places in Teheran and took us with the elevator to the ski resort Tochal where we walked in the snow.
The breakfast was really the best during our 3 week round trip through Iran. Excellent!

We first stayed one night at Saeedeh and we decided to come back for three more nights. The appartment is cosy and the room is small but very comfortable. We directly felt like home. This appartement is wel located, not far from a square where you can find taxis and public transports. Saeedeh is a nice person, very helpfull and welcoming. We spent a very nice evening with her. We definetly recommend to stay at Saeedeh's if you are in Tehran.

Saeedeh in a wonderful host. She lives in Teheran, she loves Teheran and made us able to love it too. The house is nice and clean in a quiet zone well served. She is a very good guide, and took us to discover many places in her city. We stay like in family.

Saeedeh is a very organised and helpful host. We are two girls from Hong Kong and stayed in her home on 4/23-25. She organised taxi driver took us from airport to her home in the best timing just after she finished work and back home so we didn’t need to waste time to wait her at outside, it was very intensive arrangement! She even introduced a good host for us to travel Masuleh! The mattress in bedroom is very comfy and keep us sleeping like a baby. Every morning, she well prepared the breakfast for us and tea of cuz, we felt so warm welcoming all the time :) we would like to recommend to this host to our friend who plans to travel to Tehran

I highly recommend this homestay to anybody who is going to visit Tehran. Ms.Saeedeh is like a sister. She’s so nice and really patient to my kids. She took care of us all very well. Her house is so nice and warm. It’s very easy to go to tourist attraction and downtown. I would certainly want to go back again. :)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
