Due to experience, you'll love staying with me! also I really enjoy talking to people and get familiar to other cultures. so it's a win-win deal! ;) I will provide you "everything you need in Tehran or even in Iran". so don't worry about planning your trip! ;)
Now I go in details :
1 - It's really hard to find a better-located apartment than mine! You can access to two different lines of metro by 6 minutes walking from my house and BRT buses by less than 10 minutes walking from my house. This way you skip traffic and also, that's a perfect way to have economical transportation. so you can go to touristic places fast and cheap. here has the best access to Center, North, West, and South of Tehran.
2 - staying with me includes:

- access to the satellite in the living room
- free explanation of the most complicated and most common culture in Iran: Taarof!
3 - I can provide almost anything you need in Iran with good price and good quality, such as:
- transport from airport
- exchanging money for good rates
- local Sim-card
- having a tour in Tehran or even for all over Iran
- renting a car (there's good range of cars)
- booking tickets for plane / bus / train
- reserve accommodation in other cities
and ...
Note: you can't use your credit cards in Iran, but I can reserve for you anything you need with my national card :)
4 - I've hosted more than 200 people in last 6 years in Tehran and Yazd. so I know what a foreigner expect to have in house and wanna see in Iran. also I know Tehran & Yazd attractions very well. I'll tell you which ones are better to visit to use your limited time in the best way.
5 - Rooms are clean, comfortable & private.
6 - foods, foods, foods! Iran has great foods (personal opinion!). I'll tell you which ones are the best and let you know the best restaurants in Tehran, Yazd, Shiraz, and Isfahan! I can also make you an Iranian traditional food if you want :)
7 - Restaurants, shopping centers and 3 different kinds of Iranian bakery, ... let's say almost Everything you need during your stay is so close to the house!
8 - "Great access" to bus terminals in South and west and also rail station.
9 - Don't worry about your active or sleep hours or eating times. if you follow the simple "cleanness rule" and "don't make noise while someone is sleep", everything else is okay to do!
who am I ?!
I'm Mohamad Reza (preferably to be called Reza!) a 29 years old journalist, who just got the master of journalism.
why am I hosting ?!
Beside of it's money, talking to new people and getting familiar with other cultures keep my spirit alive!
I live alone and I am easygoing.

About the Area
My house is quiet and located at center of Tehran.
The Area is safe, full of any kind of shops and convenient for public transportation options.
There is one metro station with 2 different lines just in 6 minutes walking. and from there, you can quickly access one other metro line. Also There is a BRT bus stop in about 10 minutes walking.

1- be clean and keep the house clean.
2- don't make noise while someone is sleeping in the house.
3- be quiet in staircase.
4- smoking is allowed if it doesn't bother other guests.
Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.

We spent really great time with Reza during our staying in Tehran. His apartment is great located and really comfortable. Reza was very helpful, shared many important information about the city and helped us book the bus tickets. We had a chance to meet his friends spent wonderful time with them and try really great Iranian food. I highly recommend Reza as a host!

Reza is a great host, he helped us with everything we need to start our iranian trip from the airport pickup to sim cards, helped us with bus ticket bookings to other cities, and the most important thing in Iran, our internet connection, etc. He even introduced us his group of friends that ended up being ours. Absolutely awesome host.

Reza's apartment was near the city & the airport, so commuting was easy with the metro nearby. He was very helpful in providing us with all the necessities for our journey. Homestay with Reza was the right chose that we had made.

You know, when you travel to a new country and know literally nobody, then having a host that guides you and spends time with you is priceless. Reza and I have grown very close in the short amount of time. It felt like we were students sharing the same flat together. We cooked, we ate out, we met friends (which were his friends but later became shared ones). He helped me organise everything I needed for a good life in Iran, from a SIM card and a bank account to booking bus tickets and recommended apps to use in the country ...
If I described him, I'd say he is a very calm person with a smooth voice, but he also has a quirky and crazy side with him which comes to surface in lucky moments.
Definitely reach out to him if you want to make your trip to Iran memorable!

I've stayed 7 days with Reza. He is a friendly and easy-going guys and SUPER supportive in setting you up for your first days in Iran.
The appartment is very well-kept, reasonably central and in a nice neighbourhood with good public transportation connection.

Well, the previous reviews say it all - we fehlt like home living with Reza. He showed us around, helped with Sim Card and tickets, but most of all he is a very relaxed and flexible Person.

The host Reza was helpful to provide with any information you need and even drive u around. The location is close to Metro, local restaurants and shopping. The apartment sitting n bedroom were good size especially considering price.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
