our vintage style house is located in the heart of the city but in the most quiet and beautiful streets of Tehran, Gisha street. It is only a 10 minute distance to the most exciting adventures in the city including, resturants, theater stages, cinema houses, grand bazar, parks, bookstores, coffee shops, great access to subway stations, bus, taxi and more. You can have the most peaceful walk to the house from the most crowded parts of the city.
This place is full of light during the day; it has three difference terraces, both beautiful and peaceful. It is equipped with a washing machine, stove, and dishes, if you prefer to cook indoors.

Sara and I are filmmakers. we are eager to meet people from all over the world, and exchange cultures, stories, and food.

It was a wonderful stay with Reza. The place is in an ideal location, quiet, but very central within 5 min. walk to the Metro. The flat is very nice, spacious and lovely furnished. Reza is a most welcoming host and soon gives you the feeling of being home. An great place to get in touch with Iranian contemporary life and culture.

we only stayed for some hours at the very nice and cosy flat of Mohammed Reza and Sara. We didn't meet Mohammed Reza but Sara was very kind to us. We had tea together and had an interesting exchange about culture and experiences. She offered us a tasty snack of waterlemon and called us the cab for the airport.

Mohammad Reza and Sara were waiting for us with tea when we arrived (even though it was early in the morning), so we had a very warm welcome. The homestay is located in a central part of the city close to Valiasr St., the room is light and cosy and Mohammad Reza and Sara were very helpfull. We had a really pleasant stay. :)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
