Hi !
We are a small educated family. I am a 46-year-old nurse and my husband is a 47-year-old engineer. We have a young daughter living with us who speaks English well and two cute Hamsters. We are interested in meeting new people and expanding our world by learning about different cultures and countries.
I believe you will enjoy your stay with my family in our nice, calm, comfy apartment. Guests can feel free to join our family in the living room at any time to chat, relax or watch tv and movies.
We have 1- a double-bed in a medium size bedroom with private bathroom
and
2- a single bed in another room with shared bathroom and shower.
If you are in a bigger group than 3, some can use the living room to sleep. We can host up to 5 people at the same time. we have comfortable mattress and blanket for sleeping on the floor.
People with low budgets who cannot afford the bedroom, are still welcome to our home. For sleeping in the living room on the floor you pay less.
We provide you fresh bed sheets, linens, and towels, information about the city attractions, restaurants, booking transport to other cities, and so on.
I can arrange "Snapp /Iranian Uber" for you anytime, which is an inexpensive, safe, convenient taxi in Iran.
A light breakfast is included in the room price. Tee and drinks are free.
We can also provide you lunch and dinner which will incur a small additional cost (approx. 4-5 Euro per meal per person).
Laundry services, one load in a week is free. Per extra load costs 1 Euro.
There is a free access to Wifi at my home.

About the Area
Our house is located in a residential area in district 7 close to the city center. It is very close to the supermarkets, bakeries, and bus station. You can also get to the subway station by bus or taxi (10-15 min). Ghasr Park-Museum is 5 min walk from the house.

House Rules
1. Only Euro, US Dollar, UK Pound is accepted. Please discuss it in advance if you want to pay in another currency.
2. For short term stay payment for your stay is required in full upon arrival. For long term stay we can talk in advance how to make payment arrangements.
3. Smoking is allowed in the Balcony.
4. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance.
5- Please provide ID or Passport when you arrive, for your safety and ours.
6. Guests are not allowed to use illegal substances and drugs.
7. We are in a drought here in Iran so we ask that you limit your showers to one per day.

The family is really awesome, they take good care of you and you can have nice conversations with them. The room was nice and clean and the apartment is in a nice area.

It was a nice time by Neda in Teheran. Neda her husband Saeed and their daughter are always helpful. I will stay at their home by my next trip to Teheran.

Neda and her family were the sweetest. They worried, when we didn't arrive on time (train to Tehran was late) and when we arrived late, they ran out to get us something to eat. Fantastic conversations and a lovely home. You can feel the heart here. We can only recommend staying here.

I could not have found a more kind, caring, and enjoyable family to stay with in Tehran. My room was clean, and comfortable, and the food I ate with them was amazing. My stay was in Tehran was the best welcome to Iran.

A truly authentic experience with a family who in an admirable way adapts their day according to your plans for exploring Tehran.
We were five guys who stayed a day with Neda and her family. In addition to being very helpful and flexible with regards to our arrival time and the time we came home in the evening, they greeted us in the most pleasant way with tea, fruits and snacks and not least, several interesting
and amusing conversations.Even though their apartment is quite small, they did not hesitate with laying out mattresses for the five of us. Even though we came home about half past 1 in the morning, Neda's husband both stayed up and greeted us when we came home, and stood up early to buy freshly baked bread in the morning.
We would definitely recommend staying with Neda's family for people who want to experience what it's like to stay with an Iranian family. In particular, the flexibility of Neda's family has shown, allowed us to be around them just as much as we pleased, so that we could explore the city according to our own plans without feeling obliged to the family in any way.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
