We are a young couple that have an apartment in the center of Tehran that is all yours :) You will have your own private place. You can cook your own food, make an espresso or tea, do laundry (mini-washing machine is available) & enjoy the tiny terrace.
I studied architecture and my husband is a PhD candidate in mechanical engineering. We can speak English, Spanish & a little German. We are interested in meeting and communicating with people from all over the world. Also we are certified tour guides and can arrange you different kinds of tours and show you the best attractions of Tehran (you can choose modernity or traditions). We are here to help you experience the real life in Iran.
A light breakfast is also included in the room price.
We can provide you with traditional food for lunch and dinner if you ask us in advance (NOT included in the room price).
Don't worry about the transportation, we can transfer you from (to) the airport to (from) the apartment for an affordable price.
We just accept Euros and U.S dollars & you don't have to pay before arriving at the apartment.

Our apartment is located in the center of Tehran. It's a 2 min walk to bus stop, 1.6 km to train station (6 min by bus), 2 min walk to supermarkets & groceries, 1.1 km to hospital (13 min walk).
The area living style is almost traditional, you can find many traditional cafes, teahouses, restaurants & fresh juice shops.

because unfortunately we don't have any :-(
-Please do not invite strangers to home.
-The sewer system in Iran is different from other places, if you throw your
toilet paper into the toilet, it might get stuck in there :-(
Please reserve the house 2 days in advance.

Studio très très propre, accès indépendant, cuisine bien équipée, frigo rempli, petite salle d'eau propre et équipée d'une douche, quartier calme, les petits commerces sont à 100 m max.
Ideal pour des jeunes voulant découvrir Téhéran.
Avec l'application SNAPP, vous commandez un taxi pour découvrir le centre ville ( 400 000 rials = 0€80 la course )
Vous voulez prendre le métro ( 34000 rial = 0€07 le tiket)
Un bus VIP luxe pour Isfahan ( 2 500 000 rial = 5€ )
Pegah vous aidera sûrement pour organiser et découvrir l'Iran profonde ( Isfahan, Shiraz, Yazd,..)

Thank you for your review. I appreciate your feedback, but I feel that the score you gave me is a bit unfair. If there was something that made you unhappy, I wish you had told me. As I explained to you, I work downstairs most of the time, but you came on holiday, so I could not be there all the time. However, I think I was always available and provided you with everything you needed, helping you as much as I could. I think you seemed satisfied with everything, and now I am very disappointed.

Great place with almost everything at the doorstep. The apartment has everything that one would need for a short or longer stay. The local market one street away is so nice and everyone was so respectful and loving. Great place for a family :). Local breads, fruits, laundry, hair dresser, restaurants , pizza or burgers places, sweet shops, mechanics etc are all at the door steps :)

very nice apartment for solo traveler , good location , whatever you need is near for you , the owner fill the freg with all nice food you need for breakfast , I cook my lunch in the kitchen of the apartment, sure I will book this nice place in future when I visit Tehran , Thank you Pegah .

I can definitely recommend this accommodation the hostess and her husband are very nice and helpful I got in touch with them before my trip and got useful information and tips for my trip in Tehran. They were very friendly and motivated to help me. The accommodation was a bit bigger than I thought and is very cozy. We had everything we need there. Kitchen, tables, sofa, air conditioning, shower, European toilet, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and even a fridge that was stocked.
If you want to go to Tehran you are in good hands here, you have a whole apartment for yourself with a key. So you don't bother anyone if you come home very lateJuly 2022

Lovely little apartment situation in the heart of the city in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy access to basic amenities. Pegah is a lovely host and helps you out with anything that you may need for your stay.

The lovable couple was waiting for me after midnight!
They gave me at night 'a guided tour' through the room!
The fridge was filled with eggs, cheese, jam,...also bread was provided....one bread was special...it was more like a cake!
Electric heaters were provided to heat up the room...it was unexpectedly chilly in late spring...!
An extra power cord was provided with a smile to make charging of laptop and mobile easier although I could do it with the provided sockets!
A problem with the shower was fixed very quickly! Thanks to engineer/husband...!
Convenience stores are very nearby, a coffee-shop nearby,....bus-stop nearby!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
