our house is located on a quiet place.it's only 2 minutes walk to the main street of the neibourhood where you can find different kinds of stores, cafes and resturants, also there is big shopping centre.
the shuttle taxi is only 4 minutes walk from the house

Leila and Bahram are just amazing host, i got connected to Bahram instantly by the time leila was home our friendship was already like a decade old. Bahram is a successful entrepreneur, he out of the way helped me shape up my crazy travel plans, without him lot of things wouldn't have been possible at all.
I thank you both for all the warm iranian hospitality, looking forward to be back in tehran very soon.October 2019
Lovely and friendly couple, clean room, very helpful with all sorts of things. Gave us a great insight about iranian life. Really enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend this place :)

Leila and her husband were both very nice and helpful. They greeted us at the early hours of the morning, gave useful tips about places to visit and how to get around in Tehran.
They provided nice simple breakfast, their home had all the basic needs for a stay:a mattress, an air conditioning, shower.July 2019
It was great to discuss deeply with this interesting lovely couple. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a brandnew metro 15 min walking from there but partially working. We highly recommand you this helpful family.

I was traveling to Iran and was looking for a decent homestay. While none of the other portals worked for Iran. Homestay.com helped me to book a room at Leila and Bahram's place.
Initially I was a little unsure about staying in a homestay instead of a Hotel, but the moment I reached their beautiful home I felt like I am with my own family.
Leila and Bahram are wonderful hosts and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a comfortable stay with a family and yet have their own private room.
I simply loved my time with them. And I now have 2 beautiful friends for life in Iran.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
