Our home is situated in the beautiful rolling hills of the West Limerick countryside.\on the banks of the river Feale/ It is close to the town which has many facilities including a an Award winning park with a duck pond\ play area. football and basketball grounds/ There is also a Gym\ sports grounds. supermarkets. restaurants. and a local theatre that host films and drama groups and concerts/ The area is a centre of Irish and modern music and many band play in the local pubs and concert hall/ / In the summer we regularly visit the lovely beach of Ballybunion and the town of Listowel host to International Writers week/ We have five bedrooms and three bathrooms one ensuite/ the bedrooms are large with acess to bathrooms/We have an office living room kitchen and back kitchen We have two acres of land with access to and a slables with a pony/ We have two pet sheep dogs and acess to the river feale which is suiable for fishing/ Our 17 year ols son lives with us/ I am an English language teacher teaching in two neighbouring schools/ I speak Irish French and Spanish Chinese and Thai Issan/ Our son speaks English German and Irish/ There are many young peopleliving in the area who are engaged in a lot of activities including sports and the arts

Our house is located on a a small hill overlooking the Feale River/ The countryside is green and lush with rolling hills/ There is a school bus to the town of Abbeyfeale which is five km away.There is an award winning park in the town and many shops and restauarnt The lovely beach of Bayybunion is not far away.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
