Cosy & Bright House in sea-side town Balbriggan:
Accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall, kitchen/dining fully fitted wall & floor units, new flooring downstairs, family bathroom, ample parking & visitor parking to the front.

This coastal town is situated to the north of Dublin City Centre approximately 35km north of Dublin City Centre. Balbriggan has excellent road & rail transport with easy access to the M1 Motorway.

Just recently been refurbished, home situated within minutes of Balbriggan town centre with its ever increasing array of recreational and leisure facilities.

It is situated only 15 minute walk from Balbriggan Train Station.
Shops around:
Only 10 minutes walk from Millfield Shopping Centre.
