We live in a beautiful Family home of 5 with 3 children all over the age of 18. This is a dog friendly house, so all dog lovers are welcome as we have two full grown male American Akita's.

There is a shopping center 3 min walk from the house and 10 min walk into the village (town) with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Balbriggan is a beautiful suburb coastal town in North Dublin. The house approximately 12min walk to the train station , it's a 40 min train journey that takes you straight into the city center,the train track runs throught the beautiful irish coasts. There are also other forms of transport like buses that take you into the city.

The beach is also located 12 min walk from the house and also is the beautiful pier harbor.

The Dublin Airport is 15 min drive from Balbriggan. If you are renting a car we have garage space and open driveway space for parking.

House Rules

1. No other guest are allowed in the premises apart from yourself and o guests booked in the premises.
2. Respect all persons staying within the home, it is a family home
3. No loud music after 10pm
4. You are required to let your hosts know in case you are staying out late or longer than 11pm to make arrangements with the keys.
5. We would require all guests to provide a form of ID i.e passport driving licence.
6. Strictly no smoking indoors but you may smoke out in the garden and designated places.
7. Full payment for accommodation is required prior to your stay. Once your deposit has been accepted and reservation confirmed by Homestay you can liaise with Host to pay the balance by bank transfer or by cash at arrival.
8.Incase of extending your stay prear to your previous booking can be discussed in accordance to availability.
9.If planning to stay longer than 3months to 12month charges may apply.

Smoking is not allowed.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
