My name is Ewa and with my 4,5 yeras old son Michal we live in a very nice and quiet estate , in 2 stores apartment, only 8 km from Dublin City Center. We have a beautiful back garden and small playground in front of our house. There is a great public transport connection to the City Center as well as a walking distance to National Aquatic Centre ( swimming pool, yoga, gym), Blanchardstown Shopping Centre ( shops, resturants, cinema ) Library, Millenium Park, Waterville Park and most important for Students - ITB ( Institute of Technology Blanchardstown ).
Both me and my son we love being outdoors, we have a car so we are going to the seaside or for a long walks or adventures. You are very welcome to join us.
We love meeting new people and learn about new cultures. We already Lived with Students that were here for Erazmus program in ITB - there were from Switzerland, Italy, Spain and Portugal ( not a student ).
I was born in Poland but I've been living here for 12 years now. I know how to be a stranger in new place , that is why I'll make sure you'll feel very welcomed in our house and always get help when needed.

Our house is located in a nice, quiet housing estate Waterville in Blanchardstown.
It is 2 stores apartment with large kitchen, big living-room, nice back garden and small playground in front of our building. There is great public transport connection to the City Centre ( 38/38a/38b ) and other buses ( 17A/220/238) as well as walking distance to the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, Cinemas, Aquatic Centre , 2 Parks; there is Blanchardstown Village just 5 minut away from us with shops, restaurants and 5 or 6 different busses, Castleknock dart station 15 min away. Great location in general

House Rules
1. All common areas - kitchen, living room , bathroom and the hall - we are all responsible to keep clean and tidy - what ever goes on in your room - its your business ( but please respect it )
2. If you smoke - smoke outside.
3. If you go out at night respect the fact that we might be sleeping already.
4. No strangers allowed - friends yes but agree this in advance

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
