About the Homestay
Both myself and my husband live in our four bedroom house. It is located just off the first exit for Bray in a quiet housing estate known as ‘ Littls Bray’ in Co. Dublin. , just 5 mins from a bus stop that brings you directly into Dublin City Centre in 45 mins, Blackrock dualcarriage way and Stillorgan. We have a home office.So should you be on business it’s at your disposal. Both myself and my husband enjoy meeting new people and are always on hand to answer any queries you should have.

About the Area
Our house is located just of the first exit to Bray in a quiet housing estate. It is in walking distance of the Supervalue and the town of Bray. Here you can avail of services like beauticians, pharmacies and local eateries. Bray front has just being newly refurnished and it’s a nice place for a walk or a swim.

No smoking and loud music. No washing or wet towels to be left in room. Any laudrey is to be placed on the line in the garden. If at all possible to have showers before 9pm in the evening as both myself and my husband get up early for work. No eating meals in the bedroom. Please use bins provided for rubbish. Thank you.

My stay with Noelle was really pleasant and I could recommend it to everyone. The room was nice and quiet which was important for my work and use of kitchen is very convenient for longer stay. You have all major amenities by short walking distance. Also there is direct bus route 145 to City Center or you can take walk 20 minutes to train station. The best way to stay is on summer because of beautiful Bray beach and sea view. Also, the magnificent Bray Head Cliff Walk...
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
