Our spacious house is in the heart of Castleknock, a few minutes walk to Castleknock Village and 20 minutes to Dublin City Centre. Phoenix Park is a ten minute walk. We have two stylish rooms to rent with use of a stunning Garden Cabin perfect for movie nights, relaxation, exercise or study. I live with my daughter 21 & my son 14 & our gorgeous maltease dog Mookie. Our neighbourhood is quiet with beautiful grounds. We have two private car parking spaces. Looking forward to welcoming you to our happy home :)

About the Area
Castleknock is less than 10km to Dublin City Centre, the historic village has gorgeous cafes, restaurants, supermarkets & bars.
Phoenix Park is on our door step less then a 10 minute walk from our home. The park one of the biggest urban parks in Europe has a Zoo, cafes, deer roaming free & the historic Farmleigh Estate.
We are in walking distance to buses & trains, the area is very safe and quiet.

House Rules
We are a family home guests are not to have friends staying over, but the Garden Cabin can be used each evening for movie or study nights if a guest wants to have a friend over.
We have our dog mookie so no other pets in the home.
We have a separate freezer for guests use.
We will require a deposit to secure the booking, this is refunded after your stay

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.

Great location, great ambience, and great host!
Eileen’s home and hospitality were absolutely amazing! She made me feel incredibly welcome in her home from the very first minute.
Eileen, her family and friend are totally nice,approachable and absolutely relaxed.They’re always ready to help out when needed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
