Our home is a detached 4 bed roomed house overlooking the Erne River. Situated on a gated community with outstanding views. I share my home with my husband 1 dogs 2 cats and occasional visits from my daughter. If you like fishing and outdoor life this is beautiful. Otherwise local town 2 miles with Large Towns of Enniskillen & Cavan 30mins drive. Boat hire available locally. Set in 57 Acres of natural beauty & wildlife. Guests are advised to hire a car we are over 2 miles from the nearest Town.

About the Area
Our house is located in a gated community, 2 miles from the town of Belturbet, 11 Miles from Cavan and 23 miles from the larger town Enniskillen in the North of Ireland. Local shops/garages/pubs/hotel/cafe in Belturbet with a park a play ground & fitness centre. Bus to all major cities including Belfast and Dublin. International fishing village next door. However fishing is permitted on riverrun with a jetty available for guests. Dublin Airport approx 120 mins. Belfast airport just over 2 hours.

House Rules
We are a quiet household radio is on most of the day we like music very much. Guests have use of Garden. No overnight visitors allowed in your room unless agreed previously. We are a family home use of kitchen is not permitted unless you ask permission. Fridge and pantry is out of bounds to guests.. There is a bike available to use should you wish to explore the surrounding area. Upon arrival you are shown the local town/shops bus stop etc we cannot provide transport on a daily basic and would expect guests to make their own way to places of interest to them. Parking available. We have 1 dog 2 cats if you dont like pets who are family to us dont book to stay with us.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
