Hello - we are Aisling and Ben and we have a spacious double room available for rent. We love to host short-term guests in our home. This redbrick terrace house is in a quiet neighbourhood in Drimnagh, Dublin 12. It’s within 3 minutes walk to the Blackhorse Luas/tram station (20 minutes to Dublin city centre on the Red line). It’s also within walking distance to Inchicore village and Kilmainham where you'll find historical museums and IMMA (modern art museum). There are also plenty of bus routes to the city centre, within 5 minute walking distance.

Our house is modern, bright and cosy. It has an open-plan living-room and kitchen. Upstairs, the bathroom and office space have been recently renovated. The available bedroom is a spacious, south-facing double. It has a new double bed and mattress. There is a wardrobe as well as a large shelving unit. Your room has a television with chromecast, which allows you to stream (or cast) media from your computer or mobile device. In addition, you can have access to a professional, shared office space. Fast unlimited broadband is included in the rent. There is off-street parking if you require it.

About us!
We are both into travel, enjoy outdoor life and yoga. We are open to all cultures and have travelled widely, from Portugal to Iran! We like to connect with new people and get a true sense of the places we visit. Our house is a place to chill out or occasionally have a couple of friends over for dinner or to watch a movie. It’s not a party house. We're looking for people who are respectful and chilled out. We have a very friendly cat too!

Fast, unlimited broadband - WIFI and fixed network
Large power shower
Off-street parking
TV set in shared living room + your bedroom, with Chromecast devices for casting from laptop or mobile devices
Access to a shared professional office space
Access to a huge library of books on history, computer science, art, culture and popular psychology

Aisling and Ben were really nice to me during these 7 weeks, they made me feel at home away from home. I would totally recommend them as a host family. The house is perfectly clean and beautiful. Their cat is so cute, calm and friendly. The time went fast by their side.
Thanks again Aisling and Ben! x
